The people who run this Burger King are so kind that I had to leave a positive review for them. They're always so friendly and it always makes my day! I maybe go to burger king once every 2 months, but the same guy is always there working hard every time I show up! He clearly cares about his job and deserves some recognition!

The Somali boy was a good worker, really helpful person. It took his 30 minutes to make my cheeseburger meal and when i opened the bag there was his ball hair but overall really good!!!! I would kum again.

Wonderful experience always at this Burger King. Sandwiches made to order fresh. Hot, crispy and delicious fries or onion rings. Very clean restaurant. Everything wiped down, mop, sprayed with sanitizer. The cleanest B.K. I've ever been and overall the atmosphere is phenomenal. #1Gainesville and NOVAParking: It is located in the back of the restaurant. Handicap parking accessible.At least 40 plus parking spaces.Clean parking lot. No trash, no cigarette butts.Kid-friendliness: Indoor playground facility. High chairs for the younger kids. Free Burger King crown for the children. Kids love being a king or queen for a day at Burger King."Have it your way"Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible from the parking lot all the way inside. They have a nice big Wheelchair accessible bathroom. With grab bars mounted securely to the tiled walls.
This place has excellent customer service. I have visited first time at this place. By mistake I ordered wrong item via drive through but Burger King employee corrected it at pick up window when I said I am vegetarian. He was so polite.

I have visited this establishment a handful of times. Their service is slow but efficient.. so this is where I stopped to grab breakfast for me and my mother. Mid afternoon she alerted me she wasn’t feeling well. I’m currently unwell as I’m forced to cancel my evening plans due to the simple fact that I cannot leave the restroom. Both of us have contracted food poisoning with the only common meal we had shared being thisbreakfast.Breakfast croissants are not worth the exchange of good health.I won’t be returning.I figured I had a minute to warn others and so you have been warned.

We have been sleeping on BK. this Burger King always provides super fresh and tasty food. Today was our first time inside (instead of drive through) and the staff were amazing. Busy. Clean. Kind. Kind to each other and kind to customers. I was super impressed. Love it.

They ALWAYS get something wrong at this location. I get delivery whenever I’m home without a car with my kids and I want to treat myself while they sleep. The onion rings are always under filled, the drinks, if they even remember them, are also underfilled. And forget about condiments. I always put in a request in the delivery instructions and never get zesty sauce for my o-rings. I don’t know why I keep hoping it’ll change. It’s too expensive for all these RECURRING mistakes. Today this is my Oreo shake and my “large” onion rings. The large Dr Pepper that is supposed to come with my meal? Nope, not delivered.

This burger king used to be a good burger king. I traveled a distance to come here but it is now not a good burger king. The kids meal says it comes with entree, side, drink, and treat but when I asked about it, the manager said no it doesn't include ice cream. That was confusing but I decided the kids didn't need it anyway. We finished ordering and attempted to pay with my gift card. They refused to use our burger king gift. The gift card was a big reason why we went there so we left. It was an absolutely terrible experience. I will NEVER be back. Let this be a warning not to buy gift cards for BK, apparently you cannot have it your way.
