Best hummus ever! The service is always wonderful. Have visited same new restaurant in Winchester. It's great too. Highly recommend.

Outstanding food and service. Food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The Kafta beef was exceptional and very glad I chose that over the shish kabob beef, b/c it was so flavorful and good.
Veggies and potatoes also very good.
Service was also excellent. Attentive but not overly so. Also the main manager seemed truly grateful to serve and do the job well.
10/10 would def go back.

Shawarma not lebanease

Byblos is one of those places you walk into once and immediately want to come back. The vibe is super welcoming, and the food is seriously next level. If you’re into Lebanese food—or even if you’re just curious—you have to try their Kibbi Nayyi. It’s unbelievably fresh and full of flavor, easily one of the best I’ve had anywhere.

And honestly, what really makes this place special is Joseph. He runs the restaurant with so much passion, and it shows in every detail. He’s one of those rare people who knows how to make everyone feel right at home. You can tell he truly cares about the food, the culture, and the people walking through the door.

Whether you’re local or just driving through Haymarket / Gainsvolle, do yourself a favor and stop by Byblos. You won’t regret it.

Great food. Authentic Lebanese cuisine

I always love this place!

Excellent food and service. I’ve tried most of the dishes on the menu and have never been disappointed. I have brought coworkers, friends and family as well as takeout. Great wine list as well.

Ordered shrimp ramen, pork ramen. Very flavorful. Bento box (mil had it not sure what it was) dragon roll, tempura shrimp and veggies and tempura soft shell crab. Nice and crispy.

Good food, good atmosphere great service, Joseph was quick and attentive. Recommend

Outstanding Lebanese food and great service and the prices are very fair. We really enjoyed our meal! Be sure to try the Lebanese wines - great! We will be going back.

They are a little tucked away in the shopping center, but worth checking out. We were greeted with pita chips, and our food came out quickly and hot. Our water was refilled before we even asked, and the table was cleared quickly.

Loved the belly dancing (Saturdays at 7:30). The artist was talented and engaged us, I even got up and danced (lots of others did too).

Food was delicious. Had the halloumi cheese which was perfect. Also tried the fried ground beef appetizer, hadn't tried that before, also good. Partner had the shawarma plate and I had one of the lamb dishes. Both great portions. Don't forget the baklava for after.

Staff and manager were really helpful for a first time diner.
