We were served by someone named Racquel, who claimed to be the “manager for now.” Her behavior was aggressive, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. We are vegetarians, yet she handed us bags containing beef, pork, and chicken. When we tried to explain our dietary restrictions, she said, “I decide what you get in Too Good To Go.” We even followed up with a call, but nothing was resolved. To make matters worse, she told us, “Your reviews don’t scare us—I’ll do what I want.” This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially in a restaurant that promotes sustainability and customer care. I’m usually a generous reviewer, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. If you value respectful service and safe food practices, stay away from this location at all costs. Management, are you listening?
