The chick fil a on twenty eight needs a lottery improvements, especially when people use doordash.And they say the order's not there and the manager or whoever was hangs up, that's not good

This morning my son and I were coming back from an appointment and stopped for breakfast. A group of workers was outside working the cars and we met Jordan. He was so helpful and delightful. He absolutely made the difference for us, and is an asset to this location! Thankful he was put in our path this morning! Thank you Jordan.

It's Chick-fil-A - it's good quick food. Pretty easy to get to from Rt 29, double drive thru to keep things moving. Has a small indoor playground, if that's important. Met my dad there after a few years of not talking... Ever since, the incident. It was a good talk, but we're not going back to Hawkins, IN again anytime soon.

This location flawlessly handled a group of 20 teenagers and coaches! Getting everyone’s orders served and out the door within 20 minutes. The bathroom and restaurant were really clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly!
