Gave this place another chance after a bad experience several years ago. I don’t understand how whoever packaged this order really looked down at the quesadilla container and left a whole slot empty without adding the beans that was ordered. Also the queso was a very odd chunky consistently. Overall definitely not worth the money. Hopefully we don’t end up with food poisoning

They charged me more and when I went to check in they said oh you took the beef (which I didn’t, I ordered chicken). It was their mistake but the guy acted like it was my fault and then the lady opened my bowl and try to dig in with her fingers to see what meat it was. When I objected on that the guys says there’s nothing wrong with checking it she has gloves on. Does it matter if she has gloves on or not she was messing up the layers and mixing up everything with her hands. Anyway, long story short it was not my fault but the guy was acting like I did something wrong and he was talking to me with a smirk on his face the whole time. I felt disgusted, disrespected and was insulted in front of the other customers. I don’t think I will ever go there.

The previous reviewer has hit the nail on the head with his ‘not generous’ observation. I’ve noted Chipotle generally have been giving less and less of their product, but have not been shy in raising their prices. This particular branch have taken it a step further by installing cameras and watching their servers (as quoted by the server when given a sprinkle of cheese as though she were salting the dish!) “My manager is watching me” she said pointing towards a camera. Is this where we are going in restaurants? Is Big Bubba really watching its servers? Is it a corporate directive to maximize profits? If there is any truth in this, I want no part of it and my wallet stays firmly shut. Chipotle used to be a good standard of moderately healthy food at a decent price, but it seems to be declining in ‘value for money’
So Big Bubba, if you’re monitoring your reviews like a good boy, don’t bother sending me an insipid and impersonal reply saying, please contact me and we can give you a free bag of tortillas. Just turn off your cameras, give your underpaid servers a pat on the back and tell corporate to reign in their greed, because I for one won’t be back!

I am disappointed with this store, i placed the order through uber eats. And the woman at the cashier kept saying the order is not received, end up sitting somewhere on the side. I got the food cold. Sorry but never back again to this place. I will contact the HQ for being incompetent person have no idea how to check the system and kept arguing in in front of the other customers.

I went to this location today and I'm not happy with their customer service. I tried to pay using a $50 and the manager whose name is Amador declined my money saying that this is an old bill!! which is insane. If I was able to use this money anywhere, why I can't use it over there? One of the customers ended up paying for my order which I truly appreciate. Unprofessional Manager on this site who needs more training on how to handle situations without discriminating against customers like me. I contacted their customer care department and filed a complaint but I have to put my experience out here in public because what happened upsets me and it shouldn't have happened at all. But, I want to say thank you to the young man who stepped in an paid for my order, I hope to meet him again to pay him back.

Not quite sure what’s going on at chipotle in Gainesville today. The lettuce was all rotten and the Barbacoa was full of fat. I noticed that the portions had been getting smaller but due to the quality of the food continue to come. Today I paid $13 for a bowl that I couldn’t even eat.

Didn’t understand English and cashier was rude to me and customer who came to counter to get chips and salsa . I walked away to grab napkins and heard a lot clap noise as if he was motion to smack me not
Sure Who h he would be crazy to do ! I’m not that person . Being able to speak and greet customers provides good customer service. Moes is up the street rather go there next time .
