This is not the first time this has happened. Im ordering a burrito and she is asking what i want and I ask for extra white rice the lady doesn’t give me any extra rice at all she gives me one scoop of rice not even the usual two scoops they always give me or anyone else that ever orders anything with rice. So i ask politely for extra rice and she gives me maybe 10 grains of rice. Which is just unbelievable because the person infront of me asked for extra white rice and got not just one but three scoops of white rice. Like does chipolte have it out for me or what. Not just that but my friend that i was with was given the wrong order by the not having everything organized and taking his order and putting it in another customers bag he was purchasing which is absolutely ridiculous my friend didn’t figure it out till we got home which was too late because when we left the line was out the door which is almost as ridiculous as it is it takes 20ish minutes to get mediocre portions everytime i go there. Has to be the Worst chipotle in the United states. Qudoba is far superior to this place.

I’m really upset with my last visit to Chipotle. They barely added any chicken to my bowl, and when I asked for more not for extra , the worker, was downright rude and raised her voice. Totally unacceptable service! What a letdown.

Today was an unpleasant moment in this restaurant. I can see and hear how the manager of this place, his name is Marlon, he is intimidating a worker, his name is Esther. He laughed at her along with the other workers and I can see how Esther cried because of the harassment he did to her. one of the workers also took her out of the line where she was trying to serve customers and immediately she left the restaurant crying, all the employees were laughing and mocking and all this happened when I, along with a very person, had a long line of customers. They expected to be attended to. Workers need to be respectful of people and need to have a manager who can put a stop to these abuses because we all know that harassment is zero tolerance.

Ordered many toppings. lettuce, sour cream beans, cheese and guac “which i paid extra for” and paid for extra chicken which they skimped on. Smh. Zero of these toppings were in my bowl. Worst chipotle.

It really sucks when you order online and your order isn't correct. How hard is it to do your job. On top of that it was $13 for a meal that has nothing in it and only a few pieces of meat. I mean come on!

Absolutely terrible!! Today I had the worst experience at any chipotle I've ever been in my entire life!! As soon as I walk in it appears that not even the employees have respect for one another as the manager is yelling at the other subordinates on the food line, in front of all the other guest/customers. The moment I reach the ordering point I am rushed through out my entire order. one employee even makes a snark comment and claps his hands at me rushing me to decide what I want on the food that I am paying for!! The disorganization was absolutely catastrophic. All the food was mixed together in the food line, the restaurant was absolutely dirty and grimey and at one point an employee tossed a tortilla wrapped in aluminum and it landed directly in the queso dip ! It was never changed out they proceeded to continue using that same dip. Cross contamination!! I ordered two small drinks then I didn't want them anymore so I requested a refund. The lady at the front register was visibly upset and shouted across the kitchen to the manager to announce the refund and the employee named Marlon(I believe) angrily shouted at me "why don't I want the drinks!!!" I ignored him and proceeded to get MY money back. This staff needs to do better or better yet hire some actual competent employees that will make you feel welcomed and provide some actual good customer service!Date and time of my visit was:04/09/2024 at around 06:45pm-07:30pm

I went to grab dinner at this location, and what I witnessed was horrible! The manager who's name is Marlon, was screaming at his employees. When I got my food, and was getting ready to sit down. I asked one of the employees there if she was doing okay, because I heard the manager yelling. She said she was okay, and that he always behaves that way. That is absolutely horrific. These young adults are trying to make a living out here, and the world is already a stressful place. How is it possible that this manager can get away with treating his employees that way?!? The food and service of the line workers was great, but knowing that employees there get treated in such a horrible manner. I refuse to support such horrible treatment of fellow human beings.

To the workers, if you don’t like your job or duties go somewhere else, no need to take it out on customers. I personally will never be back to this location. The extra 15 minutes going to a different location is worth not being treated like you’re wasting their time.

Yall bogus ash my beans was uncooked and hard i took all of em out of my bowl. i couldn’t even squeeze them they were basically baby black jaw breakers. i told the girl i want extra white rice she gave me two baby scoops. then i said i want a little bit of black beans and she drenched my whole bowl with hard black beans. the lettuce wasn’t even cut, it was big and hard. this is the worst chipotle in virginia. why are the beans harder than chips ahoy chocolate chips ??????? ?. SAD CASE. AND YALL EMPLOYEES NEED TO SMILE MORE AND LISTEN. TWO BABY SCOOPS ARENT DOUBLE CHICKEN

As soon as you walked inside, they were blasting music to the point that you couldn't talk to the person next to you. If you want to play music and bring in a speaker from home, great, but keep it at a manageable level. The staff are mostly young teenagers and it shows with the environment. The girls that were doing the online/mobile orders were making snap videos of them showing the middle finger with small kids around. Also most of the young staff were on their phones goofing off while the older staff members were doing all the work. Management needs to get the young staff under control, and people might actually enjoy going here. And to preference, I'm in my mid-20s, and this was too much for me.
