Had never seen this truck before but I was excited to try the cheesesteak and tots. The tots are coated in what tastes like French fry spices and they are heavenly! Crispy, tasty, and make them fully loaded and you're in business. I ordered the traditional cheesesteak and it was also delicious. The roll started to disintegrate a bit with the juices but that just encouraged me to eat it faster! Perfect meat to cheese ratio and it tasted like something you get at a diner, shocker there! Awesome quick bite and hopefully I can try more of the menu at the next pop up.

Amazing grilled cheese! Not overly greasy or salty. Nice, fresh ingredients combine for an amazing sandwich. Great, friendly staff. Even brought out an extra piece of bacon when they realized we had a dog with us.

All I need to say is that this was excellent. I've eaten cheesesteaks from long established restaurants and this placed in the top... and the tater tots were perfect... crisp and flavorful.
