Today I went to get my pizza, fortunately, I reached there earlier to see how they make pizzas and I was blown to see the guy who makes the pizza, he makes it with his bare hands & he touches all the possible place which he not suppose to touch while making pizza. On top of that he makes all the pizza with his bare hands, not to mention he touches pepperoni & all the meat with his bare hands. He also makes the regular cheese pizza possibly for those vegetarians with his bare hands after touching the meat. When I saw it I was fumed coz I am vegetarian. I asked him & his response was, I am not going to wash my hand after every pizza. Guys be aware, if you get sick don’t be surprise.

I ordered a pizza from this location two weeks ago. I ordered online and put a $2 tip on top of the delivery charge of a $4.99 delivery charge. I also gave a $5 cash tip to the driver. My pizza took an hour, it was cold, and folded when I opened the box. My tip strategy was intentionally designed to see how the quality of the product would be if I didn't put a big tip on the order. Well, Domino's of Gainesville YOU FAILED!

We purchased a pizza from this location and there was a small rock in one of the slices which caused one of our household member teeth to break. We kindly requested them to take care of this and they referred us to their insurance company which was the worst experience I ever had and after 4 weeks, the insurance company still didn’t take care of us. We are planing to take legal action as this clearly shows how careless they made their pizza without following proper steps and causing this.

App was down so I called. Worst experience ever!! I've always ordered my pizzas 2 topping half and half. Without getting charged for multiple toppings tonight I was told you're ordering double pepperoni on one side and philly steak and mushrooms on the other side. That's a total of 3 toppings. First of all it's 4 if you were putting it on the whole pizza but half half's are considered 2 per side. I asked if that's a new rule she said no you don't seem to understand you ordered 3 toppings. We talked about it for God knows maybe 20 mins until I finally said forget it charge me so I can get my food. If my kids weren't waiting for this I would have gone elsewhere. If I didn't know the GM of the Manassas locations Dominos wouldn't even be a thing but after tonight's ordeal you may have lost a long time customer. All for the competence of someone who can't take an order right.

I have ordered through website 09:52pmWebsite told me if I order by 10 pm I will be allowed to pick up after store door closed at 10 pm .But manager cancelled the order at 955 pm , I drove to store and found out 1020 pm , my order cancelled. Store open till 1 am Saturday so can order be delivered?I hope corporate domino's will solve the issue, please don't say what you will not do.

Domino's gave me an online coupon for a free medium pizza for delivery only. So I went to redeem the coupon and go through the whole ordering process only to be informed at the end that my order didn't meet the nearly 20 dollar minimum order for delivery. So I would have to order almost 20 bucks worth of extra stuff to get my "free" pizza. Why can't they just send the free pizza? They charge 4.99 for delivery fee anyway. I'm going to Papa John's from now on.

The food has always been so good but today I tried to order take out and we were so busy so we called to try to send it to our restaurant and they asked for the address like 3 times and supossably they called the restaurant 2 times and at last I just told theme to cancel it. I really don't get what happened.
