They definitely take a long time to deliver the food especially curbside. If you are in a rush to work ect make sure you pick up inside. Other than that it’s all the same

I ordered an ice latte with cream and 6 donuts. The staff forgot to add cream in the ice latte and the donuts were not nice at all the plain donut smelled like if was fried with meat. I couldn’t believe that the donuts were so tasteless and horrible. Never going back again

Ordered two hot drinks and a grilled cheese. Filled cheese was cold, cheese not melted, very unsatisfying. Drinks sat on a side counter, I had to ask for them. When the store is busy, avoid at all costs.

I ordered 2 drinks and got 1.5. When I received my nitro cold brew it was 10% cold brew and 90% foam, by the time it all settled it ended up being 40% coffee, 40% foam, and 20% empty. When ordering, we asked the cashier if she could describe a couple of the drinks to us since we don't usually go to Dunkin and she struggled to describe them other than listing the number of espresso shots. Vanilla latte was way too sweet too. Bad quality coffee and poor service is why we typically don't go to Dunkin but we had a gift card so rather spend it than lose it.

First time I went the hashbrown and sandwich was nasty. The second time I went they wanted to charge 5.00 for cream cheese for a bagel so when I told employee to just cancel the bagel and cream cheese and just give me the donut she caught an attitude. I'm like ma'am if you have an issue then you can pay almost 12.00 for a bagel and cream cheese, I will take the extra 10 minute drive to panera.

I usually order ahead, and my order is always ready and always correct. Plus the staff is super friendly.
