I needed to know how much was on my gift card to decide how much I was ordering. But cashier would only tell me how much was on the card after I ordered. There were too many employees and not enough help, they did not seem to be working as a team and got in each other's way. Yes I used to be a manager. I don't think Dunkin' donuts is my kind of place. Although there's a really good one on plank road just off of I-95 in Fredericksburg.

Got the order wrong 3 times. Wasn't even that busy.

Fresh delicious food. Great doughnuts and buy by the dozen. Saves money ;) 1/2 dozen $11 and $16 for a dozen.

This place is very bad. Donuts are old, much smaller than other donut stores. Look like it has a new owner or management that cut corner to make the donuts a lot smaller than before. Do flour cost that much? Really? Service is the worst, never come back. I would give zero star .

Bad mistake dropping by this store. Customer service was poor. The two ladies were not friendly and in a rush to take my order. BTW, I was the only customer in line. The donuts were not fresh, and just a dull environment. I won’t be back.
