Dunkin'

I come in here a lot and the one girl with the fake eyelashes is terrible with drinks and customer service. She just stares at you while you’re trying to order. I don’t know her name and if she’s related to the owners, but she’s terrible and if I see her working, I will leave and go somewhere else.She maybe be a nice person but she should work somewhere else.

I am a very patient person, went to location in Gainesville, VA. Only one customer in the entire store. Counted 4 employees at least 2 were front end. Stood for 5 minutes was never acknowledged nor waited on. One person looked like a Manger doing something other then food prep at counter behind donuts. I have no clue if donuts were fresh, since I walked out and went to Wegmans. Having my donut fix elsewhere.

Visited expecting a standard experience. I ordered a large decaf coffee and was told it likely wouldn’t be hot because it had been sitting for a while. No alternative or solution was offered (such as brewing fresh coffee or reheating), which made the interaction awkward and confusing. I ended up leaving without ordering. Hoping this is something that can be improved, as hot coffee feels like a basic expectation at Dunkin.

Fast and efficent

Watched the gentleman working the food, pull a phone out of his pocket, drop it on the floor, pick it up, and continue talking in the phone making food by hand. Alerted the lady behind the counter who was kind enough to make my food again but did not tell the gentleman and he continued making other customers food. Disgusting! Occurred on 10/29/25 around 1245pm

Staff was friendly and efficient on a busy Saturday morning. We called 15 minutes ahead to order 50 munchkins and someone actually picked up the phone. We had called another location and couldn’t get someone to even answer. We arrived to pick up our order and my husband was quickly in and out of the store.

Just went there today, ordered a couple of donuts and a latte. The young lady who was taking my order was alone in the counter but did a great job handling 5 customers at once. She was quick and fast with my order. Latte tasted like as usual!

I have driven by maybe 100 times from other shopping over the years. Today I remembered it was there leaving Wegmans and pulled up front thinking great 1 person will be fast since on a quick errand run. Biggest mistake I made today. Business spotless so apparently there is management but zero training or observations to teach them how to be efficient. There apparently was a concern of billing on the customer that was there. Both employees passing phone back and forth but took my order. Started my order then just continued their struggles. I even tried to get their attention and purposely ignored me. Then when finally the youn lady who took my order and started mixing it asked if I was waiting on something......I pointed out to her the glass of ice with 2 pumps of caramel in it. Wow. 2 customers 2 employees and a cold brew was all I wanted. I will never go back.

This place was running like a hot mess. There was a lady and a young man working on a Sunday. She was all over the place messing up orders or really confused. He had to jump into making drinks then go back to making food. It was a really long wait to get drinks.

They definitely take a long time to deliver the food especially curbside. If you are in a rush to work ect make sure you pick up inside. Other than that it’s all the same
