Bad mistake dropping by this store. Customer service was poor. The two ladies were not friendly and in a rush to take my order. BTW, I was the only customer in line. The donuts were not fresh, and just a dull environment. I won’t be back.

I recently had a delightful experience at Dunkin' that I just have to share. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly atmosphere and an even friendlier waiter. Not only did they take my order with a smile, but they also went above and beyond by generously adding extra munchkins to my order – a small gesture that truly made my day.The drinks and bagel bites I ordered were absolutely delicious, hitting the spot and satisfying my cravings. It's evident that Dunkin' takes pride in delivering quality items that keep customers coming back for more.What really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. The waiter's willingness to provide a little extra something, along with their positive attitude, created a memorable experience that I'll cherish. I left Dunkin' with a smile on my face and a desire to return soon. If you're looking for great food, fantastic drinks, and exceptional service, Dunkin' is the place to be.

Initially it didn’t seem too busy. Waited in line. Went to order and was rushed to the kiosk to order instead. I ordered my donuts. Waited. And waited. Annnnnd waited. Watched other folks that they would speak with at the counter get their donuts and leave. I was waiting with the folks who ordered hot sandwiches and coffees. After fifteen minutes I gave up and just left, not bothering trying to get a refund.Money well spent to know to never shop at that location again, and to warn everyone else away from it as well.Maybe hire more folks, or train better for what didn’t even seem like a busy morning. Good luck. I won’t be back.

I had picked up a dozen donuts a couple of weeks ago around noon and they were all stale, which I chalked up as a fluke. With another purchase just as stale, I am wondering if they have any oversight at all. The guy behind the counter seemed like he wished he was anyplace but here. I may still come here if my mother-in-law is visiting, but there are better options nearby. I am giving a generous 2 star since it was not poisonous, but not very enjoyable.

We went there for a couple of coffees. Place needs a little of attention. The kids that work there are more concerned about their personal conversations than helping customers. I don't like it when workers are having a side conversation while helping you because most likely they will mess up your order.

This is racist store. I ordered through the app. Picked it up and enjoyed the matcha latte. Then I went to use the restroom. After a little bit time maybe 10 minutes someone with red hoodie knocking the door over and over again! He was aggressive. I came outside and thought he gonna say something but nothing he didn’t say anything no eye contact. So I ask him - “are you ok!” He said nothing. The store employee his head was down , he was doing something on the phone said nothing! I think the red hoodie guy who was knocking the door over and over again was a employee or the employee over there knows this hoodie person. They are racist. Don’t judge a book by its cover. If a person wears a cheap clothes doesn’t mean he is broke. Never coming back!!
