We visited on January 3rd around 2:30PM and the customer service was amazing! I forgot the name of the girl who checked us out but she was extremely kind to my 11 year old and it made her whole day! thank you!

We paid $9.65 for four donuts and received 4 frozen donuts ! I will never make that mistake again!

I went to this location through the drive through. They got my sandwich wrong (sausage instead of bacon) I watch this lady take out the sausage and put it back into the hot plate where all the rest of the sandwiches go. Grab some bacon and give me my sandwich back. I have contact corporate and the health department.

I ordered the Avocado toast "extra toasted" and here is the result, untoasted and barely warm.

This Dunkin is HORRIBLE! The bacon is always raw. The sausage was hardly cooked. Call there and was left on hold by someone when asked for the manager - called a total of 11 times. Couldn’t reach ANYONE! Customer service is awful. The morning crew is lacking. I’ve been waiting lately until the afternoon bc they comprehend drinks made correctly and food being cooked before putting it on a sandwich.

Ordered 3 breakfast items: sourdough sandwich, chorizo wrap, and bacon wake up wrap. Food was great.

I also ordered two sugar free vanilla iced coffees. I was given two French vanilla iced coffees with sugar and cream. I only noticed because of the sugar on the bottom of the cup.

I brought it to their attention and they looked at me dumbfounded. They male then told me I never asked for sugar free vanilla. Like of course from the intercom to the pick up window I forgot what I said and forgot I have diabetes so made sure I asked for drinks filled with sugar.

They never offered to correct the issue. Only told me that I never said I asked for sugar free.

So do not come to this location if you have health issues because they will end up killing you and letting you know it was only your fault. They were also not native to the US so do not come here expecting to be understood if your first language is English.

At a loss for words I come here all the time with my dogs and without asking they always ask if they want a pup cup no charge. Today I went to get a coffee an after my puppy’s vet appointment she just got shots so I asked for a pup cup to cheer her up… I was wondering why my $5 coffee was almost $9… it was because they charged me almost $3 for a serving of whipped cream… I asked why it was so much and she got rude and took it off . Not sure why we’re putting such unfriendly people in the drive thru!
