Coffee taste like water that is dirty, my bagel was days old, and had zero flavor. I like donkin but this location has stupid ppl running 🏃 t, save your money

Great location with great employees

Plans and mobile order, part of it was half dozen donuts plus 2 specialty cotton candy donuts. Cashier told me that they dont have the cotton candy and stop ordering that, i was fine with that, then i asked for a refund the the order they couldn't fulfill. The half dozen box only has 4, brought it to his attention, came back with 6 donuts that i didnt order, again I told him that not what i ordered​, please fix that. I was being ploite and patient the entire time, and he have the gut said my refund transaction hold up the line. My time was wasted because it took you 3 times get get 6 donuts right and i asked for a refund because you couldnt fulfill the order. Please leave the unnecessary command to yourself. That will save you from getting review like this.

I've had it with this location, 7x out of 10 the snackin bacon is cold or has so much pepper on it I could start a fire with it. Too often I go through the drive-thru and I sit there forever with no response to then drive around and see people in the building. This morning three of us left because we had waited so long. And this is a fairly common occurrence. I will be avoiding this location in the future.

The workers are amazing. Even while understaffed, they do their best and work fast.

The entitled customers who were never taught to wait ruin the experience. Hearing a grown man throw a temper tantrum over having to use a tablet to order because the only staff member is making orders was insane. She wasn't just standing around doing nothing, unlike him.

I used the drive thru. I was looking forward to this treat, but was very disappointed with my crusty dried out donut and less than full cup of latte I received. A poor value for the money spent. I will not be back to this location nor do I recommend it.

They put granulated sugar in ice coffee. Who does that. I get sugar in my mouth every sip I have. Very annoying.

Good donuts. Good coffee.

Service needs improvement. Took us 15 minutes to pickup dozens of donuts, while there is only one customer front of me.

I think the manager took my order. He was very accommodating and took care of us. Thank you for the great service!

We visited on January 3rd around 2:30PM and the customer service was amazing! I forgot the name of the girl who checked us out but she was extremely kind to my 11 year old and it made her whole day! thank you!
