I have decided not to go to this particular Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee is always cold! And I don't know why Dunkin' Donuts does not offer a cup holder when a customer has multiple drinks you have to ask for one every single time. I have had to clean my passenger seat because I did not notice that they did not have the lid down all the way and the coffee spilled. Maybe it's a case of more retraining. But unfortunately I will not be revisiting this particular store.

I go there in the morning to get breakfast, which is always fast and easy! I orer6 much see the same people voting each morning! They are all great, hard working, and friendly. However, the night crew is not so much of a joy. Last night, which is also my 2nd time of going there close to 9 pm, and they have everything covered and closed tho they on the website it says it's open 24Hrs.

I'm sorry, but that was the worst food I've had from a Dunkin. I get the same meal every time I go to the chain but this was my first time at this location. I won't be back. Everything tasted stale and freezer burnt, the texture was off like it wasn't cooked long enough, and even my coffee had the faint smell of spoiled milk. The only reason i gave it two stars was because it was fast, but I'd rather wait and have fresh food. Do better y'all :/

Took ~15 min to receive a drive up order of an iced coffee and 2 donuts. Donuts tasted stale around 3pm but I guess that's roughly expected.

I believe my drive-thru servers’ name was Mary Youwaki, and I was very pleased and impressed by her patience and willingness to help me with my order! I was not sure if I had enough money to get what I wanted, so I asked if I could take an item off and add a different one. And when she took off that item in order for me to be within my budget, she then gave me 2 donuts for free afterwards… and with a bright smile the entire time! Thankful for her!
The donuts are good, the workers are great hence the service but the manager is the reason the rating is low. She is not fit to manage. Attitude towards the other employees made me uncomfortable where I did not see the reason for that kind of interaction.

Today is Friday September 1st at 12:54 p.m. I was greeted on the intercom by a young gentleman who was very kind and voice was kind and patient while I took my order and I was very impressed with him so much I had to bring the manager she was wonderful as well and the other lady that gave me my order all of them greeted with a smile. And the food being hot and awesome is wonderful the turkey egg sandwich is wonderful
