Ordered the Szechuan beef, picture showed shredded veggies and beef. It came with large chunks of tasteless raw veggies and raw un chewable beef, if that even was beef. They were nice and took it back and gave me double cooked pork, which was bland and tasteless with the exact same un chewable meat. It was not pork, just un chewable meat from some animal. I left still hungry and disappointed, this was my first and last time there. Worst Asian Restaurant i ever visited. You also need to scrape chunks off your silverware, and i tried to add flavor with the salt on the table, but the salt container did not want to let go of me when i let go of it, it was filthy and sticky.I became so grossed out i could not even eat much, none of the meat was editable, and the same un chewable meat was served on the beef and pork entree.Gross

Food is decent and convenient for me, however their staff is either underpaid, hate their jobs or ALWAYS having a bad day.They often make rude comments and behave very unprofessionally. If you ask for even 1 minor thing, they make it sound like it’s such an inconvenience for them.I guess they simply don’t care if customers return or not.

We ordered our dishes yesterday, and one of them was shredded schezuan beef. My husband picked up the order, and I noticed that they gave beef with green pepper. I called the restaurant back, and they advised that they no longer sell that dish. It is on their website. I asked the cashier why he didn't tell me that when he called. He said that they are signs posted in the restaurant. Again, I told him I wasn't in the restaurant, and why he didn't tell me because he clearly knew when I called back and he said nothing. I asked for the owner to contact me but of course nothing. I advised them that I would not be ordering from them again if they would not rectify this, and they clearly do not care.

My niece was visiting and accidentally ordered from this location. Instead of the owner being understanding and letting it go he started swearing at her. He said,"What the hell is wrong with you?" "Have you all been smoking all night?" You can't make this stuff up. He ended up hanging up on her while she apologized. As her Aunt, I was livid. I called back and spoke to him he immediately went into how he told her what location it was. I explained that she doesn't live here and did not know. I also said he was being ignorant, speaking to her like that, and very unprofessional. Unfortunately, the call became a shouting match because he would not listen and started using the F word at me. I am not proud of my response to him bringing me to his low level. This location obviously has very ignorant, abusive, and unprofessional staff. I have never in my life had such an volatile experience. Never order from this location!! The person I spoke with should be fired!!!

They're always quick to bring your order. The food is very typical of Chinese food in the area so I don't really know how to compare it or rate it but what we order we always reorder so... there are some that are favorites. I didn't appreciate the time she told us we did not pay the driver enough. We're all on a fixed income here and they're two miles away. Maybe she thinks we should give a 20% tip or something but our incomes did not match the increase in prices and no ones prices have come down so for us that means there's less eating out and less to add as a bonus no matter where we eat.

The person who took our order displayed impatience, unkindness, and interrupted us multiple times while we were placing it. We specifically ordered a vegan fried rice. However, when we arrived home, we discovered a fried egg on it. Even if a restaurant serves the most delicious food, without ethical practices and proper treatment of customers, it becomes challenging for the company. I feel sorry for that individual; they require training. That visit was my first and last to that establishment.

After years ordering food in this Chinese restaurant is my first time the lady in the restaurant was absolutely rude all because she asked for tip, a tip for what? I don’t recommend to stop by this place having other options couple miles from Heritage Hunt community.Sorry but you lose a frequent customer.

I'm not sure why their rating is only a 3.6. I've been to many cities throughout China, 4 times, for a total of about 2 months. Maybe it is what I order from here but, I can tell you that, if you order authentic Chinese dishes, you will get authentic Chinese dishes. Add to that the relatively low price and, IMHO, you have the best Chinese food in the area. By far. Maybe you don't get a warm, fuzzy feeling when you order from them, but that is similar to China too!Vegetarian options: Many opportunities to have all their entrees without animal protein. Just ask!!
