Jersey Mike's Subs

One of my favorite place to order from. Absolutely adore the rosemary parm bread and fresh meats and cheeses!!!

I visited Jersey Mike in Gainesville (stonewall location) yesterday 4/2/25 as I enter to wait for service everyone(workers ) just looked at me, never acknowledged me for about five minutes the store was not busy in fact, I was the only customer I was waiting for someone to at-least say someone will be with you shortly NOTHING another customer came in she was greeted with an excited hello and then they acknowledged me with what would you like to order. I felt very uncomfortable and will never go back.

Usually good, but got some stale bread today.

Excellent experience at this location. The three young men on this shift were courteous and focused on making the order right. The sandwich quality and quantity met my expectations. Mgmt: Give raise, copy/paste this team 24/7.

Service was bad and employees need better training. Unexceptional behavior

I gave this only three stars because I believe it was extremely expensive for what we got. Spent over $50 for three subs, chips and drinks

DO NOT EAT THERE. They will touch dollar bills and coins, not change their gloves and will continue to make the next sandwich. Unsanitary, reprehensible and disgusting.

Ordered 4 sandwiches at Gainesville , Virginia location. This was take out. When I started eating, I bit something hard. It was a staple or piece of metal. I contacted the store twice with a photo and complained. They have never responded. This could have caused serious health issues. I will never visit any of their locations again.
Jersey Mikes contacted me saying I would receive some sort of coupons. Three weeks later Nothing and no contact. I didn't want their discounts after almost eating a staple or piece or metal.

When I am in the area for work, I usually stop here and get my favorite the chicken bacon ranch Sub. The employees are always super nice and the eating area is super clean.

I have been eating JM's subs for years, this location skimps on the cold cuts. My $16 sub was definitely not worth the price!!

this specific location is the only one where i have had an issue l. They skimp on the meat and constantly forget toppings. I probably won't be returning due to this being an ongoing problem.
