Jersey Mike's Subs

It was my first time at Jersey Mike's, getting sandwiches for our kids white we're visiting. Not super fast in preparing the sandwiches, and we had 2 clubs but didn't get bacon on either one! The lettuce was very wet and made the bottom half of the sandwich pretty soggy. Tasty sandwiches, nice that they cut everything right there, but kind of ordinary taste.

Ordered a giant sandwich with extra meat and when I got home from picking it up I open it to see there’s barely any meat on the sandwich and the bread is burnt.. paying $4.50 extra for extra meat and I get less than usual is upsetting.
This isn’t the first time this has happened when I’ve ordered from this location so I don’t believe I will be back unfortunately. I hope they can figure it out for other customers orders

Giving 2 stars because I told the guy Mike's way with extra mayo and he gave NO MAYO so my sandwich was dry. And I was given no napkins. I understand that places can get busy but don't rush because you are trying to get to another customer.

One of my favorite place to order from. Absolutely adore the rosemary parm bread and fresh meats and cheeses!!!

Gotta love a sub sandwich from jersey Mike's

I visited Jersey Mike in Gainesville (stonewall location) yesterday 4/2/25 as I enter to wait for service everyone(workers ) just looked at me, never acknowledged me for about five minutes the store was not busy in fact, I was the only customer I was waiting for someone to at-least say someone will be with you shortly NOTHING another customer came in she was greeted with an excited hello and then they acknowledged me with what would you like to order. I felt very uncomfortable and will never go back.

Usually good, but got some stale bread today.

Excellent experience at this location. The three young men on this shift were courteous and focused on making the order right. The sandwich quality and quantity met my expectations. Mgmt: Give raise, copy/paste this team 24/7.

I gave this only three stars because I believe it was extremely expensive for what we got. Spent over $50 for three subs, chips and drinks

I recently purchased 4 subs online for pickup at the Gainesville location and attempted to use a coupon for chips and a drink with the purchase of a sub, I was told that I couldn’t use the coupon even though I spent $50 in subs.

DO NOT EAT THERE. They will touch dollar bills and coins, not change their gloves and will continue to make the next sandwich. Unsanitary, reprehensible and disgusting.

Jersey Mike's food is ok hence the 4 stars. Everything else was great and on par with all of my previous experiences at various locations.
