Ledo Pizza Gainesville, VA

This place is beautiful and super clean. The people here are really friendly, which made the experience even better. We tried the Hawaiian pizza and it was absolutely delicious! The whole atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the prices are very reasonable. I'd definitely recommend this Ledo Pizza to my friends and family, and I'm already looking forward to coming back for more!

Amazing pizza!! Really enjoyed their new beef pepperoni since I don’t eat pork. Staff and owner are very friendly and engaging. Service was fast and easy also a fairly priced spot 5/5 for me!

The pizza was cooked to perfection, the toppings were fresh and flavorful the crust is thin and crispy and I love that they have beef pepperoni now. The owner and his daughter are so kind and friendly. 10/10 THE BEST.

I used to come to this restaurant Lido‘s for their steak and cheese on my lunch break when I would be in the area however, one day I called and was told by the receptionist or clerk there whose name I will not mention that they were no longer selling the steak and cheese. They were too expensive for the restaurant me not thinking much about it. I just stopped going to this location when I recently found out that Ledos did not discontinuous steak and cheese so what does it say about this particular restaurant since being notified of this? I have stopped going to this restaurant spending my money here.

We have eaten at many Ledo’s over close to 60 years. We ordered both a Veggie pizza and one with sausage/onion- both pizzas were excellent and would make the original founders from the ‘50’s proud! Their salads were wonderful, staff helpful and the owner very personable.

This place is a joke. I have patroned many Ledos locations. I ordered a pizza 2 hours ahead using their online system. When I got there, at a pick up time that was 10 minutes AFTER I was supposed to pick up I was asked to wait another 20 minutes very nonchalantly without a lot of remorse. I watched other people walk in looking to pick up their orders and asked to wait as well. When my order came out it was not done as suggested. I asked her to fix and I was told they "couldn't put the pizza back on the tray." Ridiculous. Then she began to argue with me about whether or not I specified correctly on my order. Making it the customer's problem that their system doesn't print things correctly, strike one. Not offering a refund, strike two. And the very shitty customer service and matter of fact attitude of the staff was the nail in the coffin. Place is run like an absolute joke.

A Family favorite.

My husband was running late to pickup our order.. I got call from Ledo’s to confirm if we still coming to pickup order and I said yes… but still without confirming my order was given away to someone else and my husband was told to come back tomorrow… next time call before you decide to give away someone’s order.. even if he was running late he still made it during restaurant hrs..

Family, friends, and I went to enjoy dinner, and later ended up with food poisoning that caused at worst, horrible abdominal pain. While eating, we noticed the food tasted off, however at the time thought it was due to food being seasoned improperly. Now myself, family, and friend have all the classic signs of food poisoning and worse.

I found a piece of plastic baked into the middle of my pizza. I reached out via the contact page to let them know immediately and never received a response. On top of that, the rest of the food wasn’t that good either. Very disappointing.

The good is not good. Not like other Ledo’s. The pizza was soggy. And it made me sick! The wings where flavorless. $60 order and so disappointing. Not to mention the stomach issues.

Cheesy and saucy pizza and friendly staff. EVERYTIME i go here the pizza is always a hit. They are usually busy inside especially on Fridays. which can be understood for having to wait longer as some reviews mentioned. Talked to staff and owner a couple times and he seems to be heavily involved in the business and management. A knowledgeable man who can talk about the craft of how the pizza is made/ ingredients. Definitely a place to stop by if you’re in the area. The desserts are always a plus ?
