I have never left a Yelp review before, but am so disappointed and frustrated that I want to warn others. Do not order from here. It's a "ghost kitchen" inside Bar Louie and the staff aren't on top of the orders (it's not really their restaurant). I was told it would take 20 minutes for food to be ready. 45 minutes later and I am still waiting for fries and wings. They finally come after I have asked about a status for the third time. The staff was apologetic and offered to get the manager, but I just wanted to leave at that point. When I get home 5 minutes later (I live half a mile away) and actually open the food, the fries are cold, rubbery, and oversalted, the wings are lukewarm, and the pulled pork on my sandwich is not only dry, there is barely any on the sandwich. All of the food is incredibly overpriced. The quality is poor. I ended up throwing most of it away because it was inedible. Don't waste your time or money here.

Do not be fooled by their amazing looking photos like I was. They clearly do not know how to make their own menu as their food did not come as described. Very, very underwhelming. Featuring the "avocado cream sauce"

Was fooled into ordering from Macs and Stacks through Doordash. Nowhere in the app does it say to pickup from Bar Louie. The Mac and Cheese was subpar, especially for a 'restaurant ' that's supposed to specialize in it. The tots were crispy at least. If you want good mac cheese go to Chic FIL A or get a box of Kraft.

We arrived at bar Louie and no one knew about the Mac & Stacks...total joke. The server had to get the manager to find out info. My husband placed the order while at the restaurant and we were given a time when the order would be ready. Then the server told us bc we didn't order off Bar Louie's menu it would be 45 min. Very disorganized and frustrating. We kept asking if the meal was ready and the server said no. The last time we asked him about our food he responded that it's been situating at the front door . The food would most likely be good hot but the food is okay at best. I hope Macs & Stacks rethinks their idea of a ghost kitchen at Bar Louie's.
