Best service ever at a McDonalds by a gentleman named Jajuan?? I went into the very busy McDonalds without my glasses so I walked up to the counter rather than the computer screen and this gentleman ran up to the counter to take my order letting me know some common choices and rang me up quickly and called to me when my order came up. Nordstroms could not have done better.

All they care about is rushing you through the drive thru. They forgot to give me the syrup and butter for my pancakes and utensils to eat it with. Very poor service.

It seems that when you try to redeem your points for free food through the app, it’s not always well-received. The staff gives you strange looks, and this is what your free sandwich ends up looking like!

Literally, drive the extra 10 minutes to go to ANY other McDonald's. This is the worst run, worst service, worst food of all time. It doesn't matter if you drive thru, mobile order, or go in the store it's a consistently terrible experience.

Usually I don't do reviews, but I wanted to share, I'm not racist, but there was a lot of Indian and Mexicans working there, they barely spoke English and it took 10 minutes just to order, the employees were very rude, and it took 20 minutes to get a mocha. However the store and bathroom were very clean. If I could I'd give 1 and a half stars but that's not a thing and I lean closer to 1 star than 2
This location never answers the phone. they have messed up my order multiple times, forgetting items or substitutions, and if you try calling they will simply hang up or never answer. I have tried calling from multiple different phones thinking it was a mistake on my end but it definitely was not. Very unprofessional.

I live near this McDonald’s, and I’ve never had an issue prior to today, I placed an order through the app like I always do, except this time for some reason the app redirected me to some other McDonald’s location that is nowhere near my address, and when I came to talk to the drive-through people instead of being helpful, they were just like we don’t know where that is and literally Sent me on my way Horrible Customer service on their end
