It's been awhile since I've been in a McDonald's. There isn't a counter at all anymore, just some shelves where they put the finished orders. Ray Kroc is probably spinning in his grave - McDonald's isn't FAST food anymore. Between the poorly organized kiosk and the wait for our food, we were there for almost 15 minutes.

This was the most unfriendly McDonalds I have ever been too. You had to order on the kiosk, which wouldn’t print a receipt. They brought our food out, we couldn’t fill our own drinks, so I got a cup of ice and a little Diet Coke, couldn’t find a human to get a refill. I didn’t like the situation of auto serve with no human interaction, I hope this isn’t our future.

Normally, I wouldn't bother leaving a review for a fast food place but considering this location was just renovated, the service is bad. Food was really cold, fries were not salted at all, and they were too busy socializing behind the window to put any sauces in the bag.
I will not order from this McDonalds again. I usually stop here between my kids afterschool activities to get a happy meal in between (6:30-7:00). There is always the same employee sitting in the dining area most likely after his shift. Sometimes he is sleeping at the table and sometimes he is lurking in the bathroom. Today he was at his normal table, awake, and clipping his fingernails at the dining area table and just leaving his nail clippings all over the floor and table. I found this extremely unsanitary/dirty and it bothered me so much we didn’t even finish our food, we just got up and left. Employees should take care of their personal hygiene at home, not in public, at work, in a dining establishment. Like I said, we will not be visiting this location again, I recommend you all do the same. GROSS 🤮

I was in the drive through and that guy took my order which I have to repeat multiple times. Then after charging me they still got my order wrong, when I asked for correction the manager has a filthy attitude towards me did not make any corrections and ask me go back to the line again.

I wouldn't normally take time to review a McDonald's, but since this location was renovated it's gotten much worse. Every order of mine is wrong. Small things, a 4 piece instead of a 6 piece, kid fries missing from a happy meal, no sauce instead of honey mustard. To their credit, they do fix the mistake quickly if you catch it at the window, but I hate feeling like I'm holding up the 5 cars behind me while I feel obligated to check their work.
