I have reached a point that McDonald's is a highend restaurant. It is way to expensive to eat at, when I order and get the meal; i look at it for a few minutes. It is so expensive I need to admire the sandwich before it disappears.

This restaurant has become horrible after the remodel. It's clear they do not want you to dine in, as there is nothing available to self serve. Not even napkins... those are also behind the counter. It's impossible to get the attention of any of the staff, as they are hidden in the kitchen. I will have to drive way out of the way to go to a McDonald's that actually cares about customers going forward. Very disappointed.

Placed order through the app for the Gainesville store for delivery. About 10 minutes after order was placed , I received word that the order was canceled. No explanation as to why. Then on top of all that they kept my money, didn’t get any food. I am very mad over this.
I go out of my way to go to this McDonald’s for one reason.. Jazmin is absolutely amazing! Every time I go there she’s smiling, friendly & has a positive vibe!

Saw one of the managers swipe her nose with her finger while bagging an order and it low-key bothered me. We must resist the urge or handle it properly.
