This place is outstanding from start to finish!
I placed a catering order for 15 guys, and they came in $100 cheaper than Bone BBQ. They also included more at that price, such as cutlery, plates, tongs, napkins, all meats including brisket, pulled chicken, and pulled pork, as well as extra slider rolls and a huge tray of cookies and brownies. These were all things that Bone BBQ did not include (at least not unless you were willing to pay extra).
Moreover, the food was delicious! It was also packaged perfectly and ready on time. One of the employees even helped me load my car.
Excellent experience, and I cannot thank you enough! I’ll be back for sure!

He exudes what great customer service looks like. He is knowledgeable about the food which is always helpful because are so many delicious options.

Great BBQ and service. Make sure to fo there at noon for the national anthem. You know you are supporting the veterans by eating here. Try their brisket, very juicy and tasty. Mac and cheese are great. Their new loaded baked potato is huge and awesome.

We ordered here for an office lunch. I have 1 employee who eats hallal they were so accommodating and understanding with the way they prepared his fish. I got a call as soon as I asked through an online messaging form from the owner. (Did wish their mac and cheese would taste a little bit better), portions were great and plenty.

We were talking at dinner with some of the guys from church, and we agreed we’ve never had a bad meal here … Everything has been on point, always. Love the sausages, the brisket, and the NC-style pulled pork sandwich. I deeply admire them for their commitment to our veterans and first responders, and for being excellent hosts. I especially appreciated Kiera this evening, for the delicious bread pudding on the house! Thank you, Kiera!
I'm being generous the food was OK BBQ but everyone has there own tastes. I didn't care for the house made BBQ sauces so can't give a great opinion on the food.
On a whim we tried Mission BBQ on a recommendation from my brother. When I tell you TOP NOTCH SERVICE!! It was the BEST SERVICE of any establishment anywhere in my life! William was beyond polite, accommodating, helpful and welcoming. The food was exceptional as well! Moist brisket, fall off the bone ribs!! And the seasonal cream corn…WOW!! I’m from south Louisiana and I know food!! Ask for William when you visit, you won’t be disappointed! He loves his job and it shows.
This is a review for the Gainesville location. On November 1, 2025, I placed a large order (8 meals) online. I had a family member pick it up. Later, when unpacking the meals, it was discovered that one was missing. My husband called the Gainesville location and wound up speaking to one of the managers (I regret that I don’t know his name). My husband was planning on picking up the missing meal but happened to ask first if it could be delivered instead. What happened next was an example of amazing customer service. A Mission employee (possibly one of the managers) drove approximately 15 minutes to deliver the missing meal. I discovered when I opened the bag, a Mission BBQ gift card was included - wow! I was blown away! I’ve been a fan of Mission BBQ for awhile (they catered my wedding a few years ago) but this level of customer service really placed them a step above the rest. Thank you, Mission BBQ - Gainesville for taking care of your customers! We will be back soon.
