Mission BBQ is always a treat and it never disappoints. Friendly atmosphere. We tried the steak and the ribs. Steak had an excellent flavor and the ribs were so tender and moist!! We will go back as soon as we can

I've never had a problem with this place, until this weekend. The nice manager lady that's usually there, wasn't. There was an man in his 50's, wears glasses, that was there. The cashier didn't know how to cashier, and she didn't ring up half my order. Another girl was nice and rang up the rest of my order. I explained that I gave the other girl my complete order but she didn't do it correctly. All was done with and my guest and I sat down to eat. A few minutes later the man I described earlier, the manager I assumed, came to our table and asked me in a rude tone, "are you OK over here?" I said, yes, and he went away. He did not ask other patrons if they were OK so I knew he only approached me because of the incident with his untrained cashier. I did no wrong. His worker needs more training. Yet he had the nerve to be rude to me, a repeat customer?! And our pork sandwiches were cold! Businesses these days do not value their customers. We customers pay your salary!! I will not be returning to this place with that manager there! He's on a power trip!! You work in a fast food place, get off your high horse!!

Friendly and fast service! Brisket is phenomenal! Highly recommend Mac-n-cheese side. Atmosphere is casual and upbeat. If you’re in the area, definitely stop in, this place is GREAT!

Ordered a sandwich brisket not bad could have more flavor to the meat, meat was not warm just cold and fries as well, awesome sauce choices. Just food needs more flavor and be warm at least.

I came here with low expectations. I'm very particular about BBQ and figured it'd be like other bbq places with dry brisket and fries that were overly salty and bland.Mission was not that. The brisket is like butter. The fries are seasoned perfectly without any need for ketchup. The service is friendly and personable. The prices are very reasonable as well. For years we bypassed Mission in order to go to other restaurants nearby and I feel stupid for doing so.When in Gainesville, Mission is now my number one place for food.

I had the good pleasure to enjoy a free brisket sandwich on Veterans Day. The sandwich was packed with lots of great tasting lean brisket. My side of green beans was piping hot. They also treated me to a free fountain drink. The store manager was there at the exit door to open the door and thank me for my service. I returned the sentiment and he asked if I had any pictures or patches I'd like to hang on the wall in their restaurant. It really warmed my heart to to be shown such gratitude and generosity. Love this restaurant chain and this one in particular. Well done you guys. :)
