Came in on 5/25/25 before they closed to grab a mega pizza. There was barely ranch, I wanted to use bbq as a base but they said there wasn’t any left. Went with tomato. I ate outside, as soon as I got home I would not stop throwing up and I had so much pain in my stomach. I think the pizza was not thoroughly cooked due to employees rushing to close. Never coming back again

VERY DISAPPOINTED. I have been a frequent, happy Mod customer since this location first opened. However this review is based on todays first time online delivery experience with Mod. I ordered the same pizza I’ve been getting for a long while. My order specifically requested the BALSAMIC DRIZZLE FINISH and it’s clearly written on my ticket. It was delivered without, plus the pizza was cold and the sliced tomatoes unfavorable. My first & last time for delivery. (I did call the store and received an excuse, an apology, and an offer for a free pizza next time.)

The pizza was not completely cooked through and the matter was brought to the staff who cooked it attention but he refused to put the pizzas back in the oven to cook a longer. The pizzas were already paid for and I was unable to eat it due to the uncooked dough and toppings.
