Ordered online… went inside. No hello. Went to the online order pick up. Stood there like an idiot for 4 mins; no help. Bearded boy making pizzas was too busy to concern himself with asking if he could give me the pizzas I ordered. So I waited, patiently - assuming they weren’t ready… the manager told me a random joke that I couldn’t and didn’t understand . But hey - someone said something to me! The lady on her lunch break told another pizza maker , after the bearded wonder walked in the back- to maybe ask or check my status. OH! They were ready! Wow. Wouldn’t have known. Love the pizza but out of spite I’m done. I ordered online for time savings while I watched 5 people make and get baked their pizza. Sad!

Food gone downhill mostly due to service not cooking it properly. Watched server get nasty with customer who asked for the labels to be put on the boxes as she ordered 8 pizzas. A reasonable request. Also despite only being 4 people in line and maybe 12 people in restaurant they were backed up 15 pizzas at least. Clearly mismanaged.Parking: Parking around corner and packed.

First of all, I love MOD Pizza. I think I've been to 20 locations maybe more. Love everyone of them pizzas very consistent. I like the variety of drinks. I'll be back time and time again.

The food is always good. I love the cauliflower crust pizza. Food is cooked while you wait and you can even watch your pizza go into the oven. Never stale!

Received the worst customer experience ever with one of the taller heavy set employees… treated like I was not a paying customer while sitting waiting for the food I ordered and was asked to leave. This not a place I would bring my kids staff is the absolute worst and definitely needs a lot of work. Lazy employees just sitting around talking with a line. Absolutely terrible experience
Cool pizza joint , fresh ingredients, tin crust and most important great presentation. Service was slow but worth the wait. The manager was patient and helpful Ambience clean , quite and safe. 8/10 in food. 10/10 service. Price 7/10.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with the speed and deliciousness of our pizza and salad. It was our first visit and not likely our last as everyone was courteous and welcoming. There are a number of pizza joints in the region, MOD Pizza will stay on our GO TO list as long as they keep their standards high and their prices reasonable.

This place used to be a nice and pleasant place to go to. Today, people who work here have a bad attitude. The pizzas were good, but the edges were sometimes burnt. I hope they fix their problem, especially customer service.
