Moe's Southwest Grill

This was actually my first time at Moe's. I ordered the bowl with lime chicken and it was absolutely delicious. I could only finish half of it and took the rest home. I had nothing but an excellent experience.

I was hesitant to go here cuz of some negative reviews after some bad experiences with the chipotle in gateway… but this is a great moes. Just a classic moes the way a moes should be

Very disappointed with the overall food and service. We ordered 5 meals to go, one order was completely missing, on top of being overcharged on every meal. The meals were prepared sloppily and incorrectly. Will not be returning to this location.

If you are thinking to order delivery on DoorDash/Uber eats from this restaurant , think twice! I have been delivering food as a side hustle for about as long as some of the more popular food delivery gigs has existed. Since, most restaurant have adapted to these companies delivery standards, but not Moe’s in Gainesville!

I walked in the other day at the time I was supposed to pick up an order and one employee was sitting in the back staring at her drink cup, and the other was tending to 3-4 customers in line. Guess what, no delivery order was even thought of. Instead let’s put 1 of 2 employees working on break at 12:00, the heart of lunch. When I asked the girl that did not even speak English sitting on her butt was there anyone else working to prepare my order, she went to other girl that barley spoke English to cry to her that she needed to come off her undeserved break…the restaurant had only been opened for 2 hours! The other girl began to yell at me in very broken English, “you can cancel the order, it’s no ready”! She was yelling this right over the top of customers heads. I told her to calm her voice down and take care of customers first then we’ll talk. Still acting hostile, she checked out her customers. I then told her this order was already 5 minutes late and they have not even started on the order. She replied “your order is there” as she pointed to an empty dressing station and grill. I said my order is where? She then began to yell at me again in her broken English that she would not give me my delivery order.

I could continue because it got worse, but the point is, do not order delivery with this restaurant! In the end, I demanded that she gave me my assigned delivery that ended up taking 20 minutes over the time that DoorDash said it was due for completion. Bottom line, do not order delivery from this restaurant because these likely illegals somehow being employed in this restaurant conducting business with no management present, will get to your food whenever they feel like it.

Moe's is usually great. We must have come when they were less busy. Food wasn't as fresh nor had good size portions like other locations. Even the elementary student with us noticed.

I just wanted to leave a review for this worker she was an amazing sweet lady she went above and beyond and had a great attitude and made the experience very welcoming unfortunately wasn’t able to get her name but hopeful this gets back to her!!

The various food items were not separated, the chicken for example had bits of rice and/or different meets mixed in. The chips were old and the rice was hard enough to chip a tooth. There are two fountain machines. Only one works. And half works at that. Most fountain sodas were unavailable. The sweet tee was basically water. There are holes in the ceiling and water damage. The employee refused to make a taco. The chicken was also undercooked. Caso was fine. Bathrooms were clean but had little to no soap in them. The plastic on the plastic cups was literally pealing off. The Moe's in warrenton that closed was much better than this location. This one was just disappointing.

The only positives I had at this location were employee working the counter was very nice, and it was relatively clean.
For the 19.00 price tag the food was bland, and looked like it had been sitting under a lamp for hours, the lettuce looked yellowed, some of the chips were fresh while other were stale. Which shouldn't have been the case as I came in 30mins after opening. The only fresh looking item was the jalapeños.

The ice machine at this establishment has been “broken” for over a month. My most recent visit they said it was broken but that their machine dispenses the sodas and drinks cold. After paying for my food and drinks, I go to get my soda and it is warm and nasty. The restaurant itself was sticky and warm and the springs in the booths are broken. The food, especially the lettuce and corn, look weeks old. DO NOT GO HERE

Great service from staff. The food wasn't as good as I remember from my previous visit to Moes in Harrisonburg. Also several soft drink flavors I prefer were not working/available.

Completely unprofessional management here. I work nearby and occasionally treat myself to a delivery for lunch, I like nachos so I order the queso on the side. Because its going in a bag, in a car, to my job, and then I'll get to eat. When confronted about the soggy mess of nachos I got late the management hung up on me and told me that he would refund me. They have yet to do so. You cannot get ahold of anyone using their phone line as well.
