Nothing Bundt Cakes

Great place, great cakes, and Alice is awesome.

I'm from the Midwest, and I ordered bundt cakes from the Gainsville- Haymarket shop to be delivered to a family member in VA. I even called the shop to make sure the order was received, and my order was being delivered. The lady on the phone was so courteous and professional and assured me my cakes had gone out for delivery but invited me to call back if there were any reported problems with delivery from my family. Everything went off without a hitch, and I was so grateful! I couldn't think of a better birthday gift than a delicious Nothing Bundt Cake! Thank you for the excellent service!

The manager, I think her name is Chris, delivered my cake on time even though I gave them the wrong date for delivery. Great service, delicious cake!

I have ALWAYS had an amazing experience here! Natalie is the best part! I manage a buisness in the area and when i have employees passing certifications i always stop and get them a cake! Natalie remembers me every time and makes that personal connection! She greets me with “You’re back!! who’s testing today??!” she’s always super postitive and happy!!! she is the main reason i choose to come back! Food is amazing as always!

I ordered a seasonal flavor two weeks in advance, I was disappointed to receive a call on the day of delivery that it was no longer available. She offered a standard flavor, I accepted.

My niece and I had planned for weeks to visit Nothing Bundt Cake in Gainesville, Va on 12/15/24 at 3:25p before going to a movie. We were so excited all week talking about what we wanted to get etc. We get there only to find the location closed (even tho posted business hours say open until 4p) with no note or explanation anywhere. To say we were beyond disappointed as loyal customers was an understatement. If you’d like to make this right do not leave a message asking me to do any more work, email me a gift certificate to cover what we were gonna buy today- 4 bundlets. You really messed up our aunt/niece date guys.

Yesterday, Saturday, I went to the Gainesville location at 7:20 and they closed the door in my face. I had seen on the website that they closed at 7:45 and the store hours sign posted said 7:30. However, at the time of parking they were putting the sign outside away and When they saw me get out of the car, they took the store hours sign taped to the door and locked the door. They didn't even look at me.

I had the absolute best experience ordering and picking up a total of 18 bundt cakes with only two days notice. Everything was ready and beautiful at pickup and everyone I spoke with was so pleasant and awesome! :)

We get Bundt cakes from here all of the time and they are delicious! They even have a gluten free Bundt cake and it’s so good. GF baked goods that taste good are so hard to find! Birthdays, anniversaries, weekend treats- they are always good. The whole family loves them!

Such a cute little shop with delicious treats! Customer service was also great. The Bundtinis are so cute and just the right size for little kids. The cake is very moist and airy. The icing is very light and not so sweet at all.

This is my first time ordering from this location, and probably the last. I ordered some mini bundtinis for a co-worker’s farewell party, and when I opened the box, this is what they looked like. Ironically, I also had some Crumbl cookies I picked up and carefully carried at the same time, and those were perfectly fine.I did get a refund and would’ve given a higher rating if the lady I spoke to on the phone didn’t talk to me in such a fake-nice condescending tone. She made it seem like my only option was to get a replacement box now (too late, the main party guest already left) or later (why? So the same scenario can repeat?) until I asked if I could just get a refund. She also said that the company spent money to improve the boxing so them getting moved around like that is “near impossible” implying it was me. I was 100% careful in carrying the box, and I wish they had shown me the contents as I was picking it up just to make sure everything was ok.Just looking at this picture is making me depressed because it reminds me of how no one wanted to even touch them because they looked tampered with. Luckily I still had the Crumbl cookies which were a hit. I’m sure the cakes here taste as well as the other locations, but just be careful if you’re picking up like I was.

We hired this location of Nothing Bundt Cakes to do our cakes and sweets for our wedding and we are so glad we did. They worked with with our day of coordinator to ensure everything arrived correctly, safely, and on time. We have also gone to this location just to get something sweet and we always enjoy our experience. Highly recommend!
