Nothing Bundt Cakes

I came here last week to pick up a Bundt cake and the staff was so sweet! I've never had a negative experience at any of their locations but this one definitely is my favorite now.

I came into Nothing Bundt Cakes this afternoon to pick up my birthday bundtlet and had the best experience! I wasn't sure what flavor I wanted, and was given the best recommendation, the white chocolate raspberry! The young girl working was extremely personable and helpful, and made me feel extra special on my birthday. Will definitely be coming back!

O.M.G! Had my first cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes and my tastebuds have never been so happy! I got the strawberry cheesecake and had to stop myself from eating the entire bundtlet in one sitting. Absolutely delicious. I recommend 100 stars!

Came to the store 10 mins before closing and this store was closed already! Not good customer service! If your hours are 9-7pm you should be open until 7 pm!

I'm from the Midwest, and I ordered bundt cakes from the Gainsville- Haymarket shop to be delivered to a family member in VA. I even called the shop to make sure the order was received, and my order was being delivered. The lady on the phone was so courteous and professional and assured me my cakes had gone out for delivery but invited me to call back if there were any reported problems with delivery from my family. Everything went off without a hitch, and I was so grateful! I couldn't think of a better birthday gift than a delicious Nothing Bundt Cake! Thank you for the excellent service!

The manager, I think her name is Chris, delivered my cake on time even though I gave them the wrong date for delivery. Great service, delicious cake!

I have ALWAYS had an amazing experience here! Natalie is the best part! I manage a buisness in the area and when i have employees passing certifications i always stop and get them a cake! Natalie remembers me every time and makes that personal connection! She greets me with “You’re back!! who’s testing today??!” she’s always super postitive and happy!!! she is the main reason i choose to come back! Food is amazing as always!

I ordered a seasonal flavor two weeks in advance, I was disappointed to receive a call on the day of delivery that it was no longer available. She offered a standard flavor, I accepted.

My niece and I had planned for weeks to visit Nothing Bundt Cake in Gainesville, Va on 12/15/24 at 3:25p before going to a movie. We were so excited all week talking about what we wanted to get etc. We get there only to find the location closed (even tho posted business hours say open until 4p) with no note or explanation anywhere. To say we were beyond disappointed as loyal customers was an understatement. If you’d like to make this right do not leave a message asking me to do any more work, email me a gift certificate to cover what we were gonna buy today- 4 bundlets. You really messed up our aunt/niece date guys.

The cakes were delicious and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality desserts and outstanding customer service! She truly put a smile on our faces

Yesterday, Saturday, I went to the Gainesville location at 7:20 and they closed the door in my face. I had seen on the website that they closed at 7:45 and the store hours sign posted said 7:30. However, at the time of parking they were putting the sign outside away and When they saw me get out of the car, they took the store hours sign taped to the door and locked the door. They didn't even look at me.
