Just ate at this Panda express today and had an amazing experience! Bhanu, the cook, created the best Supergreens that I've ever tasted! Amazing! Then, Reyna and Mariela were incredibly hospitable when it came to great customer service and service with a smile! It's this staff that makes such a positive difference and ensures my quick return.

The Panda Express in Gainesville is always excellent food, service & atmosphere. We were so glad they opened the Gainesville location & have been happy customers with them ever since. There teriyaki chicken, white rice & lo mein noodles are delicious ?.

Edit: changed to one star because I walked in 30 minutes before they close and they have two dishes. What’s the point of being open until 10 if they only serve until 930… cost cutting measures.

The food and service were good. The manager was actually cleaning the customer area and wiping the tables down while we ordered. I like the orange chicken, My wide gets the honey walnut shrimp we both got fried rice and lo mein. The service staff was friendly and helpful, this was the first time at this store. I will go back it was a pleasurable experience.

Terrible service. The lady, Ravina, looks like she doesn't want to work. I placed an order for a chow mein with double chicken. She slapped the chow mein in the platter, then half heartedly put in 2 half scoops of chicken. The time was 9:15pm, and they've already put up chairs and dimmed their lights. They really wanted to close up for the day. Store hours are till 10pm.

Just picked up a large order, the manager didn't say hello, didnt speak, i said my name and she grabbed my order , put it down on the counter and just walked away. Not a hello or an acknowledgement

The staff needs to work on acknowledging the pick-up order customers when we arrive to pick up our orders or place a shelf where we can grab our own orders. There are too many times where I and other pickup customers have been INTENTIONALLY ignored by staff while they consistently prioritize the customers in line. I should NOT have to wait until the line dies down to finally get addressed for a mobile order that is supposed to defeat the purpose of me waiting in a long line! Please address this with staff & make the necessary improvements!

This location has gone down hill. Last Wednesday I placed an order on the app for pick up at around 11:15 AM. I got a notification at 11 AM that the food was ready. This is not why I’m giving a 1 star review. When I picked up the order I noticed that a couple of drinks were missing. I pointed this out with the emailed receipt that I had but was called a liar numerous times because they pointed out that the paper receipt didn’t show the two drinks. It shouldn’t matter what your system shows on the paper receipt, if my emailed receipt shows that there are drinks missing then I want the drinks that I paid for. I might not come back here again unless they do a complete overhaul and retrain staff on customer service because calling the customer a liar even after they show proof that they’re not lying is a big no no.
