i’m not one to complain about panera i feel like they normally do a good job. i always get the chipotle avo melt and it’s normally filled with avocado since that’s literally in the name and everything else and it’s normally delicious but i mobile ordered today and they gave me a singular sliver of avocado and i feel like that is just disrespectful considering i was treating myself to panera today and this stuff is expensive as hell. will be going to a different panera from now on.

I’m an Unlimited Sip Club member and love Panera’s coffee — I drink it almost every day. But the cup design really needs improvement. Coffee often drips while drinking, even when the lid is fully secured.
As shown in the photos, it keeps leaking onto my clothes. I don’t have this issue with cups from other coffee shops, so I believe it’s a Panera-specific design problem.
I hope this gets fixed soon — the coffee is great, but the mess isn’t!

Food was good and well-made unlike some other Panera locations I've been to. The food was freshly prepared and tasted as it should. Staff was so-so friendly. Getting in and out of the location was a bit difficult and was also a bit difficult to locate from the highway.

Coffee Dark served cold coffee. I asked the receptionist to replace it and waited almost 20 minutes standing in front of the machine. No one came. Even after pointing out that the coffee was old and cold, nothing was done. Very disappointing service.

What is the rave about? Tasteless salad, no rolls available for salad sides. A Bakery has no rolls?!?!?!!!!Who soaks red onion in water until it is mushy and tasteless and piles it onto a salad-This Place! 🤮Spent more than $30 for two salads and ice tea, what a rip off. Won’t bother again.

I stopped in for lunch today. It had been a while but I do love Panera and the consistency has always been there...until today, that is. I ordered a U-pick2, onion soup and Frontega chicken. When I picked up my meal there was no cheese in the soup. I had to ask for it. No big deal. The sandwich, however, had nothing in between the bread. If there was an ounce of chicken in it, that was a lot! It was, for the most part, a bread sandwich. Is that the new policy? Charge 50% more and only give 25% of the previous portions? It's going to be a long time before I return.

Of all the Panera Bread locations I’ve been to, this is my least favorite. One of my favorite foods from Panera is their mac & cheese. Very rarely do I get fresh mac & cheese from this place, it’s often lumpy, and you can tell it has been sitting all day, as the noodles are, very mushy. Additionally, I always order unsweetened iced tea with my meal. The past four times I have been here, they have ran out of tea. I have always placed mobile orders for quick pick up clearly says that iced tea is a drink on my order. Instead of brewing, they wait until I get there to tell me it will then take an additional 7 to 10 minutes to brew, which then leads me to ask for a refund on the drink. I never seem to be able to go in and have the experience I’m looking for, which is a shame because I really love eating a Panera and live very close to this location.
