Panera Gainesville makes every morning better! The morning 6:00 am crew is always cheerful, professional, and genuinely focused on great service. Whether I’m grabbing coffee or picking up a fresh Baker’s Dozen of bagels for the team, everything’s ready on time and done right. It’s become a weekly ritual I look forward to. Pathetic!! I have no other worst or comment to put inhere! Seriously!! We order food online where we get half the food and I call and they do agree that half which is in fact the main food is missing!! Remember end of that conversation I toid them kids are waiting are hungry Again 45 mins later I call them again and they say the same thing that it is being sent out now. Extremely cheap and horrible service!

Food and service are great! We visit on our roadtrips from MD to WV. However there is no changing table in the men’s room and the one in the women’s bathroom is dangerously tilted. This issue has been present on three visits we’ve had since July.

Often busy. Went in support of a fundraiser once and wow! Crazy busy! But good for that cause. Food is good. Agree with other reviews that you generally order online or at a kiosk here. They do have cashiers if you have to have that human interaction, you just might have to wait because they're out straight prepping orders. 😉 Staff interactions have been friendly.

Oh panera, where did we go wrong. My wife and I stopped on for lunch and were shocked to not even see a cashier visible. The place was untidy with crumbs and trash littering the floors. We were forced to order from the kiosk and noticed that every person had to as well. During our visit we never once saw a staff member apart from the 3 in the kitchen. The food was as expected but the store and customer service truly felt neglected. Maybe send the GM to chic fil a for lunch to get some pointers?

paneras usually pretty great! staff is always doing the best they can given how many orders they have but sometimes i feel like since it’s so busy the quality of the food is undermined. totally do not blame the workers at all but if i was recommending this specific panera location to someone i would just say come on a day you know wouldn’t be hectic.

i’m not one to complain about panera i feel like they normally do a good job. i always get the chipotle avo melt and it’s normally filled with avocado since that’s literally in the name and everything else and it’s normally delicious but i mobile ordered today and they gave me a singular sliver of avocado and i feel like that is just disrespectful considering i was treating myself to panera today and this stuff is expensive as hell. will be going to a different panera from now on.
