Door Dash called and asked if I got the pizza when it was runnig about 10 minutes late. Patched me through to the driver who had brought it to wrong address - said it was Door dash's fault. Said he had to bring it back to the store. When I called the store, the employee had zero idea how to fix the problem, how to order me a new pizza, how to cancel the order, etc. I eventually got a cold pizza an hour later. Horrific customer service from driver, doordash, and papa johhs.

His attention to detail and dedication to making sure my order was perfect really stood out. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and the quality of his work. Had the worst experience picking my pizza from this place. Worker was rude, arrogant and lacked any kind of customer service. One rude person. Since I didn't know the style of pizza, this arrogant part time worker did not want to assist me because I didn't know the name of pizza. Despite me providing a name to look up and further verified. Now I know why Papa John's was rebranded but they need to also train the staff in customer service. This location has a trend in proving horrible service. I'll NEVER order from her again. Based on reviews I highly recommend people do the research before patronizing this location or be ready for combat customer service.

It was storming like crazy and the employees made eye contact with us and didn't even let us in. We were SOAKED...and I've been a loyal customer since 2018. Will not be buying from here again due to their terrible service....
8/2 10:34pm arrived and found out that store was closed for carryout orders as of 10pm. We had just left a show at JLL, we were 2 hrs from home and hungry. We stepped outside to figure out where we might go and Zack came out and offered to make us a pizza if we could wait a few minutes for it. An amazing display of outstanding customer service, care and compassion. The pizza was great too! Get this man a store of his own! He’s a superstar and is destined for tremendous success in whatever he endeavors. Exceptional service is so rare. It deserves to be recognized and celebrated. Thank you Zack.
