Permanently closed. Bumped into one of the family members of the ownership who informed me the restaurant was sold, and the future of the location in the strip is unknown... very unfortunate as it was a decent and convenient local pizza place. It will be missed.

Ordered food online for delivery. It was supposed to be delivered at 845 at the latest according to the app. At 901 I called and they were closed. We never got our food that I paid for plus 20% tip.

This is as much a negative against Yelp Eat24 as it is against Paradiso. I ordered for my family at 8pm (an hour before the restaurant closed), was charged on my card, and received a confirmation email which estimated 45 minutes for delivery. At about 9:15, I looked to see why it was taking so long on the Yelp app and it indicated that the order hadn't been acknowledged by the restaurant. I tried calling Paradiso directly and didn't get an answer, so I called Eat24, who tried contacting Paradiso and also didn't get an answer. They then told me, "sorry, we'll cancel your order." By now, its 9:30, my kids are in bed, no dinner (I know, it's late, got home late). I am shocked Eat24 needed me to tell them that Paradiso didn't acknowledge the order. I am also amazed Paradiso wasn't interested in my $70 order. I like their food, but probably won't order from either service again considering Doordash's better selection and service. Disappointing.

They don't answer the phone for long periods of time. Tried calling for 45 minutes! When you do get thru and order for delivery it comes an hour an half later and isn't hot anymore! Find another Italian place to order from!

I really liked this place but delivery service is so spotty. Sometimes they are here in 20 minutes. Other times they take over an hour. Today it's over an hour, no food and no one answering the phone. Very disappointed
Stopped in for a slice at 3:05pm. Got served at 3:17pm. A slice. Maybe more worthwhile as a delivery or preorder.

This is one of my favorite sub places I ever went to. It is so friendly, and I feel like home when I'm here. I usually call to place an order rather than to go to the restaurant. Their order is usually done in 10 minutes. I honestly don't like waiting, and this is the restaurant for people who don't like waiting. I always get a 12 inch chicken and cheese sub with light mayo and no cheese. It's so good, and I hope everyone has a chance to try it!

I was very disappointed with the quality of service from Paradiso today. We called in our order around 6:15 and we had guests over who were very hungry. We ordered half with anchovies and half with out. We were told that our food would take about 45 minutes. We waited and waited for our food to finally arrive around 8. The delivery man left and we opened our pizza to find anchovies on all of it. Majority of the guests prefer no anchovies and the juices had flavored the whole pizza leaving many with no food. I understand that they were busy but they should make sure to give an accurate estimate of time and ensure that the orders are correct before they send them out.
