Placed a walk-in order at 4:55 pm. Went to grocery store, dropped off groceries at home, CAME BACK, and still was not ready until 5:55 pm. Absolutely shocking and disappointing my meal took this long; it takes on average 8-10 minutes to cook the entrees I ordered. Once I finally got the food and checked it, I noticed the portion sizes were not what I asked for: Ordered extra chicken, shrimp, and beef on my ordered of honey seared chicken, honey seared shrimp, and Mongolian beef...read full review

Slow. And the quality has definitely gone down hill. We ordered our food at 1842 and at 1934 we are still waiting for half of it to come out... The place is almost empty, I don't understand the delay. Something pudding on the floor that no one bothers to clean up. The soda machine was out of coke... Yeah, bad experience all around. 1944, food finally came out and was comped adding 1 star (2 total) for at least attempting to make it right.
