We waited over 30 minutes for our food. When we went and asked about it the worker made excuses as to why our food wasn't ready and was extremely rude. She almost gave us the wrong food and cursed in front of us when we said it wasn't ours. When we did get our food, she was extremely rude again and slammed our food on the table. After all that, one of the dishes was undercooked. Don't think we'll be coming back.

Great atmosphere and great staff I ordered the sesame chicken and the taste was bland though wasn't a fan will definetly try them again soon and try something else

Great Chinese restaurant in great location. Good food. Great staff. Lot of seating for eat-in. Pickup orders ready in no time.

Slow. And the quality has definitely gone down hill. We ordered our food at 1842 and at 1934 we are still waiting for half of it to come out... The place is almost empty, I don't understand the delay. Something pudding on the floor that no one bothers to clean up. The soda machine was out of coke... Yeah, bad experience all around. 1944, food finally came out and was comped adding 1 star (2 total) for at least attempting to make it right.

Placed a walk-in order at 4:55 pm. Went to grocery store, dropped off groceries at home, CAME BACK, and still was not ready until 5:55 pm. Absolutely shocking and disappointing my meal took this long; it takes on average 8-10 minutes to cook the entrees I ordered. Once I finally got the food and checked it, I noticed the portion sizes were not what I asked for: Ordered extra chicken, shrimp, and beef on my ordered of honey seared chicken, honey seared shrimp, and Mongolian beef but NONE of them appeared to have extra. Disappointed in Pei Wei, normally a family favorite but feel extremely let down and as though my family's business is extremely unimportant to them.
