If I could give 0 I would. Place an online order at 3:30 this afternoon to have it ready by 4:45 went there. It wasn’t ready. The manager on duty tried to argue with me after trying to show him stuff that I ordered every time I go in there and he’s working he’s either sitting on the back around the corner on a bucket on his phone at the cash register counting money and ignores you until he’s done he doesn’t need to be in charge of anybody let alone a pizza. I probably won’t be coming back and I will go to Papa John’s or Domino’s because this dude is absolutely horrible and people need to look at this. And check on that store cause it’s never busy at all, but still takes forever to get pizzas made

Order 4 pizza online When I got
There from my pickup, they forgot one and had to wait while they made it.
They were very nice and gave me a percentage of the original price.

Ordered a stuff crust pizza? There was no cheese in that pizza in the crust at all. Nothing no juice in that crust what back next day, they fulfilled and remade it, no problem. Tasted excellent, and it was very delicious. Can't wait to stop by again

Let’s see, they are so friendly and polite. They even own up to a human error of 2 cherry Pepsi's that were delivered that should had been 2 regular Pepsi's. Its the small things that matter too!

Ordered 2 pizzas, bread sticks, and a Hut Box (buffalo chicken melt and wings), about $55. Buffalo chicken melt had NO buffalo sauce on it. Called the store and was put on with a manager. I explained what I received and was told that the other half of it at the store had sauce. I told him twice that mine had no buffalo sauce, and he wanted to argue with me about it, and then hung up on me. I guess that $7 for the melt is more important to them than customer service. So we will no longer call Pizza Hut. For comparison, any time Papa John's has made a mistake, they have owned it and made it right immediately.

This is my goto pizza place when I'm on the go. "The extra cheesy breadsticks with the garlic dipping sauce are a must for me with my pizza." "Great service with wonderful and friendly staff. Carry out and deliver only. Please order ahead.

Not bad - I ordered online - picked it up after 15 minutes- the pizza was okay

We ordered 4 pizzas because of a new promotion they were doing $7 deal. I don't know who took the order, but they overcharged us significantly for all of these pizzas. Somehow the CHEESE pizzas costed more than the peperoni ones, and the cheese pizzas barely had any cheese on them. When we asked about the price when we were paying for it, the workers dismissed our claims. They even claimed that the tax was the reason why the price was higher, but when I checked the website for the same exact order we called about, it came to be 35.20. When we ordered over the phone, we had to pay 40 something dollars. There's no way that the tax is that high from ordering on the phone. The site had the tax at $3.20, so I have no idea why they would lie about that. We then called the management and even they were confused about why we were overcharged. I believe that they added their tip to the order, and that's what the overcharge was. We were refunded, but we had to call back the next day to get help. We will never be ordering from pizza hut again.
