The staff were extremely friendly; but the rest of the visit was just average. Not much more to add… it’s just something to fill the stomach.

Maybe because it was late (9:30 p.m.), the lady who served me and my wife did not have a friendly face or attitude.

This place needs ZERO STARS! Worst location you have the only thing consistent under this management is the wrong orders!!I ordered here today a bowl with Birria meat, a coke and chips and pico salsa… picked up immediately… didn’t get pico in my order it was Salsa verde… I received the wrong drink ordered a coke got a diet.. and my Birria meat is COLD as in right out the fridge!!!!! How is my meat cold it seems we have regulations regarding the temperature of meat! This isn’t the first messed up order but the 3rd!!! Get it together!!!!!

We like Qdoba (we even did a huge catering service over the summer with Qdoba), but hate this Gainesville, VA location. Just picked up some lunch from this place, but didn't taste right. Turns out she (Hispanic lady) had left out a few key ingredients that was requested (eg. lettuce, fajita peppers, etc). She also did not care if some toppings were requested for extras or less the amount. Overall, this lady seemed like she didn't want to be there and didn't care about the job. We did not feel welcome nor felt appreciated. BTW, this wasn't the first time we had bad experiences at this location. Please, train your employees better. At very minimum, please prepare the food right.

We're long time customer and were shock to return to very bland tasting queso. It tasted watered down. Chewy steak that tasted rubbery, and overall it was just sour tasting mess. I dont know what changed but it was unpleasant.

The only reason this place gets 5 stars was because there is no 10 stars option. Half of the stars is because the food is Dangerously good. ¡Muchas Gracias!

My family decided to go to Qdoba for dinner on Saturday evening. We like to order the family meal and that did cause some confusion with the ladies who were working the front but the manager came up to help us and she was so friendly. The food has always been very good every time we have ordered. I think the food is definitely comparable to chipotle and they actually have more of a variety. Chipotle doesn't carry mango salsa or have an affordable family meal.

This place used to be my go-to but the quality of service today is awful. They charged me extra for a little extra rice and gave me half a scoop of guacamole. I’m not getting my money’s worth and never coming back here again.

I'm not saying this was the worst Gdoba I've been in but it was close. The place needed to be picked up. Trash all over tables and bins full. There were 2 people working an older lady and a girl om sure sure is old enough to work and that didn't speak English. She also was new so she didn't know or understand what was being ordered. It was frustrating at the very least.

I go to this Qdoba because it is close to my job. Usually, when I come here the staff isn't very friendly and it seems like you are bothering them, but today took the cake. I ordered a mini burrito bowl. When I got to the register I told Flor I had the app. She told me to scan it, before I could say anything else she redeemed my free entree reward. I told her I didn't want to use it, because I would rather use it on a full sized entree. She argued with me for a while about how I was still saving money and getting it for free. When I asked her if she could void the transaction she said no. FINALLY, she said I will give you a card for a free entree. She started speaking in spanish to the other lady that was working with her (she never smiles) and then said I don't have a card, so I will write it on this piece of paper. I said fine as I am now late returning to work.It should be mandatory to ask if a customer wants to use their rewards before just redeeming them.Side note: I haven't been to this Qdoba in a while due to the attitudes and rudeness plus they never have the tortilla strips and frequently out of cilantro. I usually go to the Woodbridge location.

Older Hispanic lady was very rude with a nasty attitude for no reason. Burrito tortilla didn’t taste edible as if it wasn’t cooked or warm up long enough, so my whole burrito was cold. I thought about going back but didn’t want no confrontation with the lady. Honestly there other better authentic Mexican food that are 10x better with better service..

Served hefty portions of nasty attitude with a side of food.I was in the restaurant today with a friend, and it was an abysmal experience. All the tables were dirty, half of the soda in the machine was out, and I was told I couldn't have a cup for water.Yes, you read that right, I wasn't allowed to have a cup for fountain water. My food was not even room temperature when I got to my table, and my friends burrito was so badly wrapped she couldn't even pick it up with her hands to eat it. Having worked in the food industry and being a manager with over 20 years of experience this place needs serious help from the front of the house to the back and a lot of training in between.Parking: Free

Was driving through the area with a friend and we needed to stop for lunch. Picked Qdoba out of the many choices in the plaza. I regret this decision. While there was a good variety of food to pick from, the food didn't have a whole lot of flavor. The woman that initially took my order started off pleasant enough but it was hard to understand what she was asking as we went down the line. She kind of mumbled and grew more impatient the farther down we went.In front of me my friend had asked for a cup for water and was denied as " we don't do that". At this, the woman helping me laughed. As I got to the register, the second woman checked me out. She was pretty gruff and I had to plead with her for more napkins.Finding a table was a challenge. The booths were dirty. We finally just grabbed one and I wiped it down (glad I got the extra napkins!). Filling my drink was also a challenge. The soda dispenser was out of many of the options.

Qdoba used to be my favorite restaurant but the location in Gainesville has been bad for 5 years and gotten worse lately. I worked for this company for 2 years at another location and know their policies. The serving portions have gotten progressively smaller, they charge you for guacamole when it's supposed to be free, they gave me about 10-15 chips for my nachos and when I asked for a few more, she told me she had to charge me. I just wanted enough chips to eat the nacho toppings with. If this location is suffering, I know why.
