I had high expectations, and they were all met. The food was great, the service was great, and the atmosphere only enhanced the meals. I will definitely return for more.

The food is amazing. Just top notch, quality and composition. Everything I've had is just great, but I am partial to the ramen and Poke.
It is awful, the food takes too long to come out and the restaurant isn't as clean. Way overrated, I hope this place will never be

Ate here with the family and it was really delicious. This is clearly a family-run business, staffed by family, so service may not be as fast as you might expect. Very welcoming environment.Kid-friendliness: No issues in having our kid with us. Casual dining environment.
An excellent place for authentic ramen and hibachi! I liked that this was a family-run business. Everything was seasoned well and the food was all fresh. Our server was nice and checked up on us often. They answered all our questions and provided good recommendations on what to eat. The environment is on the quieter and peaceful side. Price is good especially with the amount of food you get. I will definitely be stopping by when I'm in the area again!

Really delicious food in a pleasant, homey atmosphere. You can tell the owners really value quality and fresh ingredients. Be sure to order extra boiled egg with your ramen, and try the light and crispy chicken karaage at least once. I also really love their new bento boxes, in which you can order a main entree like grilled fish or pork katsu, but also includes a variety of fantastic sides like shrimp/vegetable tempura and takoyaki. Come try it, you will love it!

While in Gainesville, we tried the Japanese Rice Alley for the first time. This appears to be a family run business that has been open since around the time COVID started. The menu is fairly extensive with somewhat of a focus on sushi. On this occasion, I chose to have the tonkotsu pork ramen. It was a great bowl of ramen with a large side order of tonkotsu. Good price and filling. One unusual drink which is available is the Japanese "ramune" carbonated soda drink (i.e., the bottle with the marble). On this visit, it was clear that there was a lot of carryout orders but eat-in diners are also welcome and provided with table service.
Absolutely delicious. We will be back.
