Shake Shack Gainesville

I generally don’t do this, and in the grand scheme of things it’s very small to complain about food, but my $14 burger didn’t even have a full bun on it. I don’t like getting nit picky, but when I brought it to their attention they just said the bread bag got smushed…like that’s fine, but like why not at least give me a new bun 😂 the bacon was undercooked and wormy, and just all around a disappointment. This isn’t a shake shack problem but a management problem. Unfortunate.

Amazing Burger, really good flavor. The french fries had the right amount of salt, I'll have to try the parmesan fries the next time I go. They were super busy but it is a controlled chaos. I will definitely be back and try other things off the menu, as it is a nice addition to the downtown Gainesville Va area.

Always issues with this location using the app. I work near by & don’t have time to go in & wait for my food. I try & place a order & now this location doesn’t even show up in the app

Badly managed. Lazy zombie workers. Very undercooked patties and bacon. Worst ShakeShack I’ve been to. And no refills? Are you kidding me.

Good high fat burgers but well done. Then they ask if you want it well done. Any more well done would be ashes! Takes a while to get your order. Also, will automatically add 10% tip if you don't uncheck the box. Annoying metal chairs. Looks like a warehouse. Slightly recommended.

Sad times. The frozen bread they use now is not good. Sad to see a good chain cheap out just to save 30 cents on their 10 dollar burger. They get a big sadface from me.

I had my first Shake Shack Burger on the NJ Turnpike. Not expecting much at a rest stop but...perfect burger. This location didn't disappoint, either!

I used to love this place, but my last order was absolutely unacceptable.
Even after I showed my receipt, the staff kept insisting there was no record of my order—completely unprofessional.
The burgers for my kids were loaded with so many diced bell peppers that even adults could barely eat them.
I ordered a double patty, but got a single instead.
To make things worse, the drinks were packed so poorly that they spilled everywhere, and I ended up having to clean my car afterward.
I paid for a ruined dinner, wasted time, and total frustration—while the careless employees still got paid for doing a terrible job.
I’m honestly shocked and disappointed. This place has really gone downhill.

Super super overpriced, smash burgers and french fries. $70 to feed two people. Food took 29 minutes to get to our table. Ordered a shake after the meal that took another 26 minutes. Don’t go here.

No interaction from employees. Waited over 30 minutes for a simple order. Food was terribly bland and some of it even burnt. The only thing that had taste was the over priced, lukewarm cup of milk. Literally every fast food chain in the world is better than this(and cheaper). Avoid this place. Unless you like wasting money and being disappointed, then have at it.

At 1:53 pm I ordered by kiosk
At 2:20 pm still waiting for my food
I came to the counter, I asked for my food
He said, they have a issue with fryer and it will ready soon
But I saw one of them serving dine in customer with fries
I asked see the store manager
She came to me and asked what is going on
I have been waiting for my food for 30 min
And she found my food and gave it to me with dirty glove
She didn’t change the gloves after work with fryer
I asked her get a new gloves when you get the food for customer
Finally, I left there with my food 35min later after I ordered
Unorganized, unhealthy ( dirty gloves), 35 min to get burger
