Amazing Burger, really good flavor. The french fries had the right amount of salt, I'll have to try the parmesan fries the next time I go. They were super busy but it is a controlled chaos. I will definitely be back and try other things off the menu, as it is a nice addition to the downtown Gainesville Va area.
Good high fat burgers but well done. Then they ask if you want it well done. Any more well done would be ashes! Takes a while to get your order. Also, will automatically add 10% tip if you don't uncheck the box. Annoying metal chairs. Looks like a warehouse. Slightly recommended.
Staff was very friendly and kind to my daughter. Our food came out quickly and everything was fresh. The garlic fries were excellent. Next time I’d order two chicken bites meals for my kids instead of splitting the 10-piece since the portions ran a little small. That said, both kids said they’d order from Shake Shack again, which is no small feat with picky eaters!
