The burger was a greasy greasy mess. It tastes very bland. I got the mushroom burger There’s grease dripping out of the bottom of the bag got all over myself in my car and you know it didn’t taste that good and it was $12 so I don’t think it was worth it. If you want grease all over your car order to-go. Grease was seeping out of the to-go bag - when we took the burger out and it was dripping everywhere.

Every time I order and ask for something they say it's already there and by the time I get to my car and open the bag nothing is there. And the person that always receives me seems to always be in a bad mood and doesn't wants to be there. I can never get for I ask. Needs better customer service.

Smash Burger did a renewal, it seems. This is my favorite burger place nearby. Burgers are awesome and also surprisingly their scorching hot fries are one of the best fries, I have ever had in my life.

Waited ten minutes in line, the group in front of us had to have been waiting longer, they eventually left, when we walked by the counter to leave we saw four of the employees which looked like teenage boys just sitting down on their phones, when they finally saw us they all jumped up and looked shocked like they hadn’t realized that people were going to be coming in at lunch time on a Sunday. They all scrambled to look like they were doing something and then seemed surprised when we just walked out the door. Tell your teenage employees to get off their damn phones and do the job they are paid for.
