We loved that they celebrated Cheese Burger day and would continue going back after years of being away, but they couldn’t serve our food all together while keeping it hot! We ate there twice once in restaurant and one time to go. In restaurant the food was brought out in piecemeal when it was hot and ready. To go order was cold except for the last sandwich that was added to the order! Somehow they have not been able to master keeping all the food hot at the same time! Food was good when hot! People were nice. I wish I could post a better review!!

You need people that actually cares about how people receive there food. I ordered a chili cheese bigdog & it was shoved in the bag vertically with the rest of my food & all of the chili & cheese ran off also smashing my burger at the bottom. It had grease from my dog running out seeping through the bottom of my bag staining my clothes & the passenger seat of my truck by the time I returned to work. I will not be returning.

Everytime i come here especially in the afternoon-Night time it seems that this specific Smashburger takes forever to put out orders and also aren't very helpful when they see the pickup section in the store is backed up one thing i can guarantee about this Smashburger is that your order won't be given to you in a timely manner
This smash burger sucks it always takes 30+ minutes to get your order even if you order before on the mobile app and then half the time the employees would have the order ready and not check the pick up station or continue to tell you it's not ready

The burger was a greasy greasy mess. It tastes very bland. I got the mushroom burger There’s grease dripping out of the bottom of the bag got all over myself in my car and you know it didn’t taste that good and it was $12 so I don’t think it was worth it. If you want grease all over your car order to-go. Grease was seeping out of the to-go bag - when we took the burger out and it was dripping everywhere.
