This is a location I frequently visit and have always been satisfied with, but the barista I encountered today was really disappointing. The store didn’t even seem busy, yet the drink came out late, was made carelessly with no effort, and he weren’t friendly at all. Every cup he touched had syrup-like residue on it, making me wonder when he last washed his hands. Even the lid of my drink was smeared with some sticky brown syrup—possibly caramel drizzle, or something else—I couldn’t tell. When I asked for a new lid, he gave me a sour look. I honestly never want to place an order with this person again

Benji was so helpful and so energetic even though it was 8:12 pm! We couldn’t get the other workers name but they both were so friendly and nice! Me and my daughter had a great time!

Absolutely can’t rave enough about this Starbucks! From the amazing handmade drinks to the amazing staff, this Starbucks truly cares about its customers! I’ve had the pleasure of making it my daily routine to stop in and grab a tasty drink. The staff never forgets a face, name, or order! I truly enjoy coming to this location and it always puts a smile on my face to see and talk to the staff. Also amazing shout out to Miss Latoya, Mr. Christian, Mr. Josh and the most amazing manager ever Mr.Nick for going the extra mile each and everyday! Keep up the amazing work everyone you are all crushing it!

He's pleasant and polite and really knows how to fill orders quickly and accurately. His exemplary service will keep me coming back again and again!

Great staff and pretty well managed compared to other location. My wife just got sick after drinking matcha latte w nonfat milk. I just wanted to make sure this is out there so people dont get sick. Will probably avoid that item now.

This location is always busy but the staff are amazing. Even when I’ve had issues they are quick to resolve it. The guy who took my order was so nice (Nick, I believe). You’d never think it was so early in the morning with how chipper he always is.
The staff is so nice! As they were out of brownies and cookies, they gifted me a cake pop and it was so good. I really recommend this Starbucks for friendliness of service!

Just wow. Wow. Wow. Wow. I came in recently for a new weekend treat and my app wasn’t working. Forgetting my wallet at home, I was mortified. Nick took care of me and made my whole day. I can’t wait to come back tomorrow and pay it forward. This staff is so efficient and incredibly friendly! We are so lucky to have these people running our local Starbucks.
