NO DRIVE THRU/ great staff just stating no drive thru because it tricks you into thinking drive thru here and there is none. Other than that the staff again is absolutely wonderful!

This is usually my go to Starbucks but today was not a good experience. I ordered a caramel Frappuccino with a shot of espresso. I walked in after the timing that was said on the app and I waited almost 15 minutes extra for my drink. The 2 girls were in there talking about how they were going to have a Harry Potter movie night and this that and the third. The one girl started finally making my drink and even though my drink stated light whip, the entire bottom was filled with whipped cream. She then put my drink in the blender and left it there asthey kept on talking and talking and talking and making other drinks, I had to actually go up to the counter and ask the girl to put my drink in the cup so I could leave. Majority of the cup was filled with whipped cream and the majority of my drink was left in the blender. Pretty disappointing when I paid for a shot of espresso for no reason. I’ve even had employees give me a larger cup to make sure i get the whole shot of espresso.

This is a location I frequently visit and have always been satisfied with, but the barista I encountered today was really disappointing. The store didn’t even seem busy, yet the drink came out late, was made carelessly with no effort, and he weren’t friendly at all. Every cup he touched had syrup-like residue on it, making me wonder when he last washed his hands. Even the lid of my drink was smeared with some sticky brown syrup—possibly caramel drizzle, or something else—I couldn’t tell. When I asked for a new lid, he gave me a sour look. I honestly never want to place an order with this person again
