Usually a great expierence but two mornings in a row I’ve had to leave my mobile order because I didn’t have time to wait regardless of how early I put it in. Wasted money

Jessica was amazing!!! Customer service was outstanding!!! She knew when the specialty coffees come in and did not mind taking the time to talk to us about what was to be expected as far as the holiday flavors this year. Coffee was the best I’ve had from Starbucks in a while! Will only be going to this Starbucks from now on!!! Thanks Jessica!

Came to pick up my mobile app order and was handed my drink without the chocolate foam cream that I had ordered. They Told me they were out of it, I asked a refund for the amount that I had paid for the chocolate foam cream and they refused to do so.

Omg, what great group of kids who work here. I watched one of the baristas there, the one with red hair, take his time to decipher an order from someone who was deaf today. He did great and she was so happy. It’s nice to see how caring the community can be. I’ll definitely be back.
Worst customer service ever and I did not even buy food or beverage. I bought merchandise, a coffe mug. I think a $15.00 coffee mug deserves to be wrapped and bagged. Red head over there did not seem to think so. He slid the mug towards me after purchase, no wrap, no bag. Unbelievable! He made every excuse not to accommodate my request. Statements like, "people buy the mugs and bring them in to fill". Totally unrelated to what I was trying to achieve with this kid. His partner was not that bad but, silently made excuses too. Now I remember why I do not buy food or drinks there! I have to call it. Do not want too but have to. I was just too tan for him. Terrible, terrible. Baristas definitely need some diversity and customer service training.

Had an incredible experience today! I was new to using the app on my phone and this barista named Kim explained everything perfectly and really made my day! They were really nice the whole time :) Will be coming again hopefully!
Nice place don't care for the coffee
Came in for a cup of coffee but they were making a fresh pot. Ordered latte instead got a latte. There were 6 barista there but only person making drinks. Tuck forever to get my drink.
