How strange that happened to you. I've been buying there for 7 years — that's the only Subway I go to because it's always clean, and the lady in the morning is super friendly. If I ask for extra onions or spinach, she gives it to me without any problem. We also have to consider the way we, as customers, ask things from the workers. I ask politely, and I receive kindness in return.

The worker there was extremely rude. I asked for extra toppings (olives) on my sandwich because I only get three things on it and she kept going back and forth with me about how it’s an issue i’m asking for extra olives and you only get 6 olives. If i’m paying for a sandwich, I shouldn’t have to go back and forth with the worker to get some extra olives. I’ve been ordering the exact same sandwich the same way since i was like 10 (i’m 26 now) and I’ve never had a worker act like this. If you don’t want to have an issue when getting your sandwich for asking for an extra topping don’t go here, and don’t bother dealing with that lady. From reading past reviews she’s clearly been an issue and will continue to be one

They use wooden sticks with keys on it to open the bathrooms, and they had the bathroom sticks, on the counter where people’s food goes. The sandwich maker then picked up bathroom sticks with the gloves that she uses to make food.
I no longer trust the sanitation decisions here and will be going to a different subway.
1. Why lock the bathrooms to begin with? Completely unnecessary.
2. Don’t use a porous material like wood, and have customers take it to the bathroom. Very unsanitary.
3. The same person who makes my food shouldn’t be handling anything that customers take to the bathroom.

Been coming to this store for several years and I’ve yet to have a bad experience. The past year I’ve been placing a lot of orders for pick up and every single one I’ve received has been completed with 100% accuracy and well before the 15 minute mark. The staff at this store, especially Baljit, Komel and Nancy are all very friendly and kind and have provided me great satisfaction every time I visit. The store is also very clean anytime I visit. There’s no other store in the area that does it better!

Very sad sandwiches. The "Homerun Ham" below barely had any meat and the toppings were almost non existant. I much prefer the store in Bristow near the Safeway.

By far the worst Subway i have ever been too. Customer service is a horrible. When asked for extra onions on my sub the reply was the recipe only says 7 onions and i gave you more than that. When i got the subs the chicken was not in all of it only 3/4 or the sub had chicken and test is empty she was very rude, not welcoming and i really don’t advise anyone to go there it’s not family friendly. If i can give them less than one star i would.

Customer service has much to be desired here. Could barely get any of the free veggies on my sandwich, even though I asked repeatedly for more. Wanted to charge me three dollars extra for two small cheese slices. Avoid this franchise location.

So sad I can’t put 0 Stars very rude and awful customer service couldn’t even Sit down without being pushed buy a subway, kept asking me where I was going. I was there to charge my phone. Last time I went There was a hair in my food. Do not recommend.

Pathetic service, We ordered online and after 30 minutes when We check with the driver said Subway cancel His DoorDash , We called the Subway and the person told us they just have the order when pass 30 minutes.
She was very unprofessional and when I told her will send a complain , she said ok to do and she didn't care about.
Also, my wife was with stomach issues all night.
