Unprofessional staff that shows disrespect to African Americans!! Will not be doing business in this establishment anymore as I was told by the owner of the store “ we don’t want customers that look like you “. Very disappointed in the racism showed at this store, I will be taking my complaint to the corporate immediately!

Aweful! I was the only customer in the store. The sandwich maker didn't greet me and made me wait while she finished four busy work tasks. There was no Diet Coke syrup in the drink machine and no napkins in the dispenser. Finally some of the chairs were dirty. Unpleasant experience.

Three times in a row I've had to wait longer than I should because there was only one person making the subs at lunch time. The lady was working hard but was alone. They are also slicing the tomatoes twice so you only really get one tomato slice on a 6" sub.

If I could give a negative stars, I would. Horrible experience all around. The Subs were sub-standard in quality and taste. The luncheon meat is sliced so thin that you could just about see through it. Also, my sub was not correct. I did not order lettuce and got enough to almost make a salad. Pics 1 & 2 are what they show you. Pics 3 & 4 are what you get.

When did the Subway ever charge extra for veggies? This happened to me today at this location, something I never experienced another Subway location in Haymarket. I know times are tough but, guess what, I don't think I will be coming back here.

Grossly overpriced. If I wanted a veggie sub I’d have ordered one. Literally I ordered an outlaw sub which is supposed to have steak on it. I guess shame on me for trusting online ordering which allows them to do whatever they want knowing you aren’t gonna open the sub while at the counter to make sure you don’t get ripped off. Before chips and drink this sub would cost $11. $11?! For that? Get out of here. I realize inflation is real but $11 should get you more than a 12 inch bun with vegetables and mayo. There was literally one quarter sized chunk of steak on the entire 12 inch sub. No wonder these chains are going out of business left and right. Go elsewhere, $11 is still $11 (before tax). Subway sucks time for something better

I stopped by around 10:45am to pick up two fresh subs for lunch. Everything was well prepped and bread was freshly made. The lady making my sub was friendly and provided great service.

Very clean nice organzied eatery. Will most definitely be back. Kind lady made my sandwiches to perfection. Bread was sooo soft. Conveniently located next to shopping center. Stop on by and give your stove a break today ?

Ordered 3 tuna subs online and hardly any tuna in them. I was just tasting bread. Very skimpy on veggies and sauce. Might be my last time at this location.

Sandwich wasn't that great but the worst part is that the sandwich was wrapped so loosely when I pulled out it of the bag half fell out of the wrapper onto the floor of my truck. The women were clearly distracted....kept forgetting what I ordered and asked if I waned it toasted at checkout. I'm done with subway.
