Subway

I have been visiting this subway consistently for 5 years now. I’ve always had the best experience. However the new owners are Indian. Although I love Indian culture and my Indian friends, there are known to be very frugal and this is obvious in how the new owner is managing the place. My family is vegan and they really skimp on veggies now. The owners disdain for supplementing vegetables on sandwiches without meat is ridiculous. Literal attitude when asking for extra. Who is going to pay $8 for a thin sandwich with no filling? Indians wouldn’t, so why are they trying to take advantage of people paying good money to grab a sandwich?! I’m disappointed to say the least. Do better subway on Heathcote!

The cashier refused to let me order from my phone and use the discount. Later my friend didn’t want to bother the employees while they were helping other customers and used a normal cup to get water. They charged him for a drink. Generally very scammy behavior. Would not recommend coming here.

I love Subway. I like their original basic subs menu. All their additional specialty subs just confuse me. Yummy healthy lunch so no complaints.

Vegetarian options: You can get a vegie sub, salads and vegie pizza, some soups, chips and cookies. Vegetarians can find something here as well as the meat lovers.

Kid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly since some stores very small with limited seating. Manassas store kid friendly but not Gainesville or the Manassas 28 store.

I asked for a FOOTLONG flatbread sandwich and they made it a wrap an told me the "flatbread" isnt made the same even after i reiterated i wanted a sandwich not a wrap then proceeded to charge me for a footlong . . . disappointed and displeased!
Most definitely will be contacting corporate office.

They prepare the sandwich at the meat station, and then they touch the microwave, their pants, and many things, and when they go to top the sandwich at the veggie station, none of them change gloves! Very unprofessional!

I’ve been to this shop before but today was the first time I’ve had the most unprofessional service. At minimum the server should acknowledge the customer and if they are busy tell the waiting customer that I’ll be with you shortly. The counter attendant wasn’t friendly at all. I expect better so I left.

The lady there was so rude and arrogant.
