Whatever culture these employees are from, it is one without courtesy and common sense. They are aggressive, nasty and always trying to provoke an argument. I disputed an $11 charge for a sandwich that is supposed to be in the $7 range. The "associate" tried to shout me down, insisting he was right....well, he wasn't right, and while it took several days to recover the amount for which I was overcharged (ALWAYS SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS!), I have realized that it is not just the employees behind the Subway counter - all of the employees in this store like this. Based on other reviews of this facility, it seems that I am not alone in reaching this conclusion. Stupidity and arrogance are a bad mix, and this store has plenty of both.

Always ask for - demand - that you get a register receipt for any transaction with this business, because if you believe you are being overcharged, you probably are. That seems to be part of their business plan. Even with the receipt, the rude, nasty employees will still argue with you and try every trick in the book to avoid having to make a refund. Only a written complaint sent via Subway's website resolved this most recent incident.

Owner or manager has decided no one should have access to a restroom after closing. Mind you, this is located inside a gas station! No travelers can use the restroom designed for use by the gas station. Whose idea was this?

I placed an order at the store by accident. I called a minute later after I saw in the email. They refused to give me a refund and told me I needed to talk to corporate. I talked to corporate and they couldn't give me a refund. They told me I needed to talk to the store.Get your act together. This is a joke.

Absolutely phenomenal. The atmosphere of this place screams, "Hey man, come get a sandwich, we're all friends here." Which is epic. Great sandwich too. Damn.

Filthy! Bathrooms are gross, but owner denies it. No soap or water, so I'm not sure how employees will wash their hands. Owner and most employees are very difficult to understand.
They don't even know how to make sandwich. Not even their Manager. Not going again.

The order taker can not even speak English right and I think he tried to insult me when I changed my mind ordering .. I won't ever order from this location ever, and I suggest everyone to spend money else where than letting a dirty disrespectful indian cook for you

I have been a Subway Sandwiches customer now for 30 years. In that time I have eaten at 100 or so different locations throughout the northern Virginia area and beyond. And I'd have to say about 55-60% of those restaurants are complete Garbage (rotten vegetables and employees). About 30% of the locations are OK places (good enough, but nothing great). And the rest are very nice establishments. Now comes this place, This Subway is THE BEST Subway restaurant I have EVER been to (and I have been to a lot of them). I have been going to this Subway for 3 years now. The different employees come and sadly go, but one thing always remains constant, everybody who works here are Exceptional Individuals (if they don't like their jobs, they don't make it the customer's problem). Always very happy to make your sandwich Exactly the way you want it; And always Nice to talk to. No matter who's behind the counter, it's always the same. ..Not bad management for a 'gas station'.
