I mean you know what you're getting with taco bell. The only thing that I have an issue with which is with all fast food places now is that they are trying to force you to use the digital self-checkout. So now the only way that you can have a good interaction to see the drive-thru. Way to express us out.

I strictly asked for no tomatoes on an item because my girlfriend is allergic. The screen at the drive thru stated no tomatoes on the order! She took a bite and there were a lot of tomatoes inside which triggered a reaction. Also, I asked for no reciept and upon checking my credit card statement the person at the register rounded up my order without asking and charged me more. Overall terrible service, very dissatisfied with this Taco Bell.

FYI if someone requests beans no meat and you give them black beans instead of refried beans which it specifies which beans are in the app aswell maybe give them Refried beans?? Maybe hire workers that know how to read!

I love this taco bell!! Everyone is so nice. We're vegan so we do a lot of customizations and they always do them correct. This last time I accidentally customized wrong and they remade it for me!!!!!

Would give a 0 star if I could. Gave me cold food and refused to remake / warm up. Young hispanic girl was rude taking my order too. Cut me off then proceeded to refuse selling me water then gave cold food. Trash.

Look, it's not Del Taco, and you know what you're going to get before you go. Of the local Taco bells, this is the least offensive. They only manage to screw up the order once in a blue moon. Always always always check your order prior to leaving though.
