I have had my 1st bad experience with this company. I bought the honey smoked turkey breast like normal and it was nothing normal about it. It was disgusting and was able to return and get a replacement and it was very little difference. My conclusion is that the company must have changed their product or vendor . So disappointing and embarrassing when you have company waiting to eat and everyone threw it in the trash. All changes are not for the good. They don't honor company rewards, and many customers in line were denied this service despite company stating in store support on the website order for location(s). Expiring credits of 9 dollars per customer if not more is b.s. for a hundred twenty dollar ham. But hey, I got 9 more dollars of ham awards today I can't spend.The website for the company explains that stores may not participate; however, this is not connected to the ordering process. If one of the three stores in this area would honor these rewards the company makes it difficult to decipher or redeem so this review is against this whole ordering process as fraudulent advertising or deceptive marketing.Stores may be franchises or whatever but standards are made for a reason. This leads to a lack of quality in customer experience and service.

I walked into the store crying because my pet chameleon blended in with my chair and I sat on him and killed him. It seemed as if my day was ruined. I then decided to cheer myself up by going to get an entire family sized Ham to eat while watching Game of Thrones. I walked into the store and was greeted with the most welcoming smile from a fantastic worker named Avery. After receiving my Ham from this amazing worker I walked out only to be met by a notorious Ham thief known as "The Ham Burglar". Right before the Ham Burglar takes my dinner the worker valiantly sprints over and headbutts the attacker and saves me. For this I am forever grateful.Give this girl a raise!!!

Days before Christmas and the ham buying frenzy is on. Line was out the door... but move surprisingly fast. The answer to the fast moving line became clear once inside. The women behind the counter were a ham selling machine. They knew their product, they could find exactly what you wanted in seconds ( yes, we all wanted ham, but size and cut were different for everyone). Kudos to them. Fast and efficient, but nobody felt rushed. 5 stars!

My thanksgivings plans with family got cancelled so i got a last minute Meal for my wife, son and I. The ham was decent but my son Got food poisoning. We literally cooked nothing that was not apart of the meals the sell. My son has had diarrhea for 5 going on 6 days and vomited for 2 of them nonstop.I have been so extrememly worried about my 5 year old and have not been able to relax. He is finally getting better but it was rough.
Honey Baked Ham is always a crowd pleaser any time of year. Easy to order and ready on time. Helpful friendly staff.
