Absolutely love it and miss it, hope they reopen soon
Great addition to Gainesville. Sadly no vegan options . Kinda strange for something trying to be high end

Another review mentioned form over function, and they nailed it.
Cute interior, huge space, and decent pastries.
But furnishings are old, dirty, and worn. Coffee is mid, wifi rarely works, and music will randomly start blasting. If you’re coming here to do any work without headphones or need to take an occasional call, go elsewhere.

The variety of products since opening has significantly decreased, resulting in fewer choices. Coffee products are passable but generally watered down. Rhe furniture in the main area is uncomfortable. It's a mixture of garden furniture and worn indoor furniture. Most of the tables are uneven and rock back and forth. The amount you spend at this place is pretty high compared to even a regular restaurant. Service is pretty good though. On opening, this business was top-notch and a step up from other coffee franchises. Though it's generally busy, it's clear that there is little reinvestment in making the customer frequented areas more comfortable and customer consumables more exciting.
Vegetarian options: You have to ask to determine which items are vegetarian.

Great bakery. The pastel de nata were not available when I was there, but I can't wait to try them where they are available. The fruit tarts, apple caramel, and the tiramisu were really tasty.

Form over function. Beautiful interior, massive space. Great place to work/study.
Coffee is mid. Baked goods are okay. Everything is a bit overpriced for a chain.

I asked for a drink with light ice and they made one that had too much ice in it. I asked if they could remake it but they didn't and instead just removed some ice. It ended up mixing the coffee and milk together which is something I don't do. The young girl behind the counted started having an attitude and said that if I want a new drink with less ice, I would have to pay for a brand new drink. She was also making fun of me, saying "so you want a light ice drink with no ice?!" Do yourself a favor, go accross the street to Starbucks as you will never get that kind of unacceptable behavior/attitude.

It was my first time here and it took me forever to figure out how to order pastries. You have to grab a tray and tongs and it's self service. There weren't signs on everything so I tried to ask for help and the most of the staff ignored me until someone finally came to help. That person was really nice, and things went smoothly from there. Conclusion: very confusing place if you've never been before!
