This one employee Miranda has been by far the most respectful and delightful employee I have ever met in my 51 years of living. Her customer service was outstanding. She was patient and helpful with my complicated order and she deserves a raise. Go Miranda!

Absolutely love this place. Everyone working here is so nice, I go there often enough that they have my order memorized, and Ms. Traysha Murry and Raymani especially are always so kind. I frequent this place for my breakfast before work or school, and it's always worth it

Food is decent, but not nearly good enough to offset the length of time it takes to get your food ready. During lunch hours, prepare to wait 30 minutes for your food.

Husband and toddler and I went there around 1 on 9/20. Guy making smoothie was pretty fast, girl making with the fruit bowls was taking her sweet time that I thought she painting a mixed berry bowl instead of making one. The girl at the front even apologized for the food being so slow. That one experience aside, this place always has a lengthy wait time for your food when compared to other TS. Opt for dunkin or the Wegmans hot bar instead if you value your time. Or just make your own food at that point.

The service is awful. I had an issue with my order and when asked for the manager I was told there was not manager at this time. I understand that they are busy but when ordering I asked 3 times if they had the order right and I was told yes, I refused the receipt because I trusted they had it right and they did not. I was missing my son’s food and when I order I stated I wanted ALL the smoothies as meals. I was told I had to go make the line again and pay for the food by itself which it made it more expensive.

I love Tropical Smoothie but this by far is the best one I’ve been to. My food is consistently fresh. I order lunch here once a week and I’ve never had an issue.

Hi, I’ve never written a review before, and I actually used to work at this location in 2022. Today I mobile ordered a smoothie around 15 minutes before closing. When I went to pick it up the lights were completely off, the ground was really wet and I got a very nasty glare from the employees. I would also like to note this was at 8:53ish. I understand it’s frustrating to make drinks towards the end of the night, however I think going to this extent was a bit far. As for the taste, the smoothie was really watery and very sweet. I ordered it with half sugar and I could definitely tell that I did not receive that in my smoothie. I don’t want to get anyone in trouble or nitpick, but I was severely disappointed today.

This location was gone worst. Today I rushed over here before 845 to get a smoothie and food, I had a headache and I knew I needed something nutritious to eat.. As soon as I walked in no hello, no good Evening, the first thing he said was that the kitchen was closed and only smoothie, really at 8:35 when it closes at 9 pm? And there were well over 6 workers in the kitchen. Am so disappointed here.

This is the second year in a row we have gotten our elementary school staff smoothies from this shop as a treat during appreciation week. The store is super easy to work with, friendly, take our order ahead, and have had our large order prepared and ready for on time pickup. The smoothies are delicious in a wide variety of flavors. Our staff looks forward to the treat, which is still good after travel and being carted around the school to the last classroom!

Don’t know what happened to tropical smoothie but the smoothies are terrible now. They only taste like sugar and dirty ice. Not a trace of the fruits that are supposedly in the smoothie to be found…

This place has changed, and unfortunately, not for the better. The food quality has declined, and the service wasn’t great either. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Save your time and just grab stuff off the hot bar at Wegmans.

Frequently out of product.
Service far slower than any other TSC.
Too many bad experiences to return.

Wouldn't take a $20 and said they're "bill marker" was out of ink. Unacceptable.

I love going to this tropical smoothie but was very disappointed on Saturday Dec.28,2024 2:54 PM. I ordered an island detox to go by time I sat down my drink was ready and I thought oh that was fast for the first time store is not busy cool. Driving home, I noticed I’m chewing the drink not drinking it so clumps and clumps of what the drink is supposed to be made of was coming through the straw. That was disgusting! Whoever owns this store, tell your young Team to stop playing and pay attention to the drinks. I paid $8.02 I know that’s a little bit of money, but I want my money back.
