Not sure how to go about this anymore. I tried contacting the manager for an order that didn’t arrive to our home. He called me back to give a refund but only gave us a partial refund. When we spoke again, he mentioned he was going to refund us for the things we never received. It’s been two weeks and we never received our full refund. It’s very unfortunate because we loved going here. It wouldn’t be a problem if it was a few bucks but order was over $70.

You may not want to order from this place after a certain time. I came here last week in the evening, after 7pm. I ordered 2 chicken Chipotle club sandwiches n 2 smoothies. The sandwiches were disgusting. They had so much Chipotle sauce on them n the bacon was so oily that I threw them both in the garbage. Usually, I order during the day around lunch time n never had this problem. What a freaking waste n we were starving.

The quality of food has really gone downhill at this particular location and the manager can't be bothered to return a phone call or make things right when an order is messed up. I received a basically empty sandwich with my last order. I didn't receive any of the extra ingredients that I paid for and the turkey sandwich had zero turkey in it. It was unbelievable to me that someone could make a sandwich that was basically just two pieces of bread and a sprinkling of shredded lettuce and charge me almost $11 for it. I called the restaurant about it and was told the manager would call me back with his decision and it's been 3 days. Clearly management is not worried about losing customers, as this will be the last time my family gives our business to this place.

I paid almos 100$ and the manager didn't allow the cashier to accept my billShe didn't even pay attention when the cashier if she was allowed to take large billsAll the time i was there like 25 mins waiting for the order. She was with one that i guess is her boyfriend and she didn't even care for the costumers... the cashiers are more professionals than her ...

The Staff and manager are always friendly, smoothies are great quality and never taste watered down. Food is consistently good as well. I've never had to wait too long for my order and they get things done efficiently on busy days. Definitely recommend this Tropical Smoothie location!

Paid 27$ for decent smoothies but the worst excuses for wraps! We got the Caribbean j*** chicken and it was so underwhelming. Understaffed with untrained chefs! Don’t even want to try tropical smoothie again. Forgot to add I also had to wait 30 minutes for it!!
My husband and I went here Sunday (3/19) and both agree this is the best Tropical Smoothie Cafe we've been to! The team working was so fast with taking our order and having our food and smoothies ready within minutes - we're used to waiting nearly 20+ minutes at other locations. The food was delicious and the smoothies refreshing!

The best Tropical Smoothie there is! The staff is so sweet and friendly, always a joy to talk to! The store is always very clean, and they get your orders out quickly and accurately.

Pretty disappointed with my to go order. Got home to find out neither side chip for either meal was in my bag. Then I opened the packaging to my meal and found the plastic cap to one for their oils or something in my food.
