Placed an order two hours in advance to avoid having the long walk in wait. Ordered at 5pm for a 7pm pick up. Once I got there at 655pm I had to show the manager my email confirmation which was perfectly fine. Only for him to tell me that they don’t do future orders at this location… didn’t get food until 745pm

This is the BEST Wingstop location ever. I come here all the time like literally every week. The staff is quick and even if I have to wait I don’t mind be patient. I usually do pick up/mobile order and when I arrive the food is fresh and ready. Daniela Arispe is the General Manager and she is always kind and nice. She always smiles and says “Hi” to me when I walk into the store. But overall the Gainesville location is amazing at what they do. Thank you for making awesome wings.

Waited 30 mins (no joke, literally 30 mins) for my to-go order. Then got handed the wrong order and didn't find out until we got home. Then tried to call about the mix up and was put on hold for 20 mins (again, no joke, literally 20 mins to get back on the phone.) Had to return the wrong order and wait for our correct one to be made again. No refund or credit offered or anything like that. All for some pretty average wings.

Take out order was cold, picked up within minute of ordering. Two separate orders of wings / different flavors were crammed into the same box and fries were just thrown into the bag, no container. Won't return.

Our receipt says the host was Adrian. I’ve never dealt with someone this rude at a restaurant. From the moment we walked up, he acted annoyed at everything we said. I asked for a regular 10 piece and he stared at me like I was saying something wrong, then kept repeating “classic or boneless” with attitude. I told him regular, he kept giving me the same look, then asked what side I wanted even though I never said I wanted a combo. When I explained that, he rolled his eyes, sighed loud, and asked for my flavors again like I was wasting his time.
My girlfriend was ordering next and got the same treatment. This was her first time here and she was excited to try it, and he still spoke to her with the same rude tone. When he asked if I wanted dips and I said I thought wings came with one, he snapped that it only comes with a combo. The next woman in line got the same attitude. A group of construction workers came in after and he was so nasty to them that they started talking about it to each other.
My girlfriend asked for the bathroom code and the staff didn’t even know it.
This wasn’t a one off or a misunderstanding. He was consistently rude to every customer who walked in. Not a great first impression for her and almost enough for me to walk out.

Ordered wing combo. Food was late. I went to use bathroom and there was no soap. I told a female employee and she just stared at me like a deer in headlights. I repeated myself and she said “there’s nothing I can do about it now.” She drops my order in front of me when it’s ready, and I remind her that my hands are dirty and to refill the soap, but she ignores me and goes to prepare other orders. I have no choice but to grab my food with my dirty hands. By the time I wash my hands and start eating, the fries are cold. No one should eat at this location since they clearly don’t care about hygiene.

The food was perfectly decent and I had no issues with the taste or the quality. The glaring issue is the fact that they were severely understaffed and under a lot of pressure. The entire time I was dining there, the staff were moving around and doing their tasks without a single break in between. Yes, it took a while for my order to come out! But considering the fact that it was a holiday weekend, 10+ orders on the screen (most of which were online and people were coming all at the same time), and making the food, they got the stuff done.
I agree with the opinion that the service was subpar, but looking at all the details here, I understand why. There should’ve been more people working especially with how busy Virginia gateway is.

This is the third time Wingstop has served me food this bad, and I’m done. There was literal water at the bottom of my container where the sauce was supposed to be. The chicken was undercooked, gummy, and completely flavorless, unacceptable and unsafe. It took 30 minutes for just 8 wings, and my voodoo fries had almost no sauce, which makes no sense since that’s the whole point of the item.
I paid $20 for food I couldn’t even eat. This location clearly doesn’t care about quality or consistency, and I won’t be ordering from here again.

Walk in to order lunch about 10 minutes to 1pm and at 1:35pm still do not have my order. It took 15 minutes before someone took my order. I was also present for someone else complaining about wait time. Food was not worth the wait. Management needs to concern stepping up there game.

Today I was at that restaurant and I was really surprised since Angela was very attentive and super friendly because she had the patience to explain the menu to me and made the experience excellent. I will definitely return to that restaurant for her.
