138 pm every table in the bar area dirty except for the one they sat us at. No one bussing tables. Bartender taking care of bar and waiting tables. The rest leaned up against a desk and chatting. We have been here 20 mins. Now and no one is attempting to clean the tables. Not sure I want to eat here! Pray for us.

We really enjoyed our meals with friends at Applebee's in Galax, VA. Excellent tasty food and fun, caring staff.
I have never been a fan of Applebee's, but I decided to meet some friends there. I ordered the barbecue ribs, but they were small and unimpressive. My friend had a salad that looked more filling than my ribs. Honestly, I could get bigger ribs from a possum! The service was ok.

The restaurant was clean, quiet, and pleasant. We were seated, given menus, and left to sit. We sat for 15 minutes while all employees except the hostess huddled at the back of the dining room talking. We left without ever seeing a server. Very disappointing. The 3 star rating was for the atmosphere.

Very nice veteran's day meal. The doors could be a little more user friendly for elderly people. Thanks for the free meal for me and my veteran husband. His steak was good and my oriental salad was very good.

Not a good experience at all.
Went for dinner got the meal for two for $25 it said on menu and ordered a side of onion rings and two sweet teas. I don't see how my bill come to $50.52. The food wasn't very good either. Could be a nice restaurant it they took pride in their work 🤔 if your not happy with your job go somewhere else. We need a decent place to eat 😩 😫 in Galax Virginia. And this was the only receipt I received except the one you sign and leave with them. Hopefully it will get better.
