We had decided awhile back we would not come back to this restaurant because of service and atmosphere (employees screaming at each other and waiting 1-1/2 hours snd still not getting our food). We gave it “one more chance” when we heard there was a new mgr. What an amazing difference! Amanda had completely turned this location around. Wonderful staff and service. This is now one of my favorite places. She is to be commended for all she’s done. And I’m sure she should...
I have to say this place has done a 180 from where it was a couple years ago. Our server Hannah had several tables plus the bar and she didn't miss a beat. She was definitely hustling and even remembered my discount. Again impressed. Good job Hannah and good job Applebee's for turning this restaurant completely around...
I am extremely impressed with the new district management over the Applebee restaurant's. They are striving to put make Applebee's a great dining experience. They aim to please.
