Ordered two roast beef sandwiches got home and had one chicken sandwich and one roast beef the cashier totally got upset because I ask for no seeds and I checked it and sure enough it has seeds my mom would have been sick if I hadn't checked the food myself before I left the second time

Fries were cold and hard even right at dinner time and the place was incredibly empty, but the double cheddar beef sandwich was good. Tea wasn't sweet and while fresh, it was hot and melted a cup full of ice. Milkshake was good though. Had to repeat our order to the cashier twice. We just ate our food and left, didn't bother complaining, but we won't be back.

Went through the drive through paid $40.00 for lunch to get home with missing items, burnt fries, and no one answering the phone to make it right!

Food is hit or miss here, sometimes it's hot and fresh with enough meat on the sandwich, other times there's hardly any meat on the sandwich. Sometimes the buns are fresh and other times they're hard. I'm one of the people that actually like Arby's, I hope they di better soon, because I like eating there. I'll change my review for the better, if they do better. If you want fresh, hit it right at lunch or dinner.

After experiencing mediocre food and poor service at most every fast food restaurant in the area, it's always nice to go to Arby's. The food never disappoints and the staff is courteous, professional and fast.
